9:30pm on a Sunday
I ordered a three piece chicken combo for dine in / for here… to eat at the sit down location within the building.
My order got called out as a to go order when the receipt clearly said dine in. I was given a to go bag Styrofoam container.
When I questioned the person handing out the orders saying that that’s my name, but my order is for here their response was we are out of trays. I’m confused because it was 9:30 PM. There was only four or five other people sitting down eating. All of the people sitting down eating or eating out of Styrofoam trays to go trays. Nobody had actual physical trays.
Maybe there is a malfunction with their dishwasher or they have a water problem where they cannot wash dishes or maybe the night management is too lazy to hand out trays… who knows?
When I sat down and opened the Styrofoam container, the chicken three piece was normal as expected, but the fries portion was extremely small portion was equivalent to a kids meal sized McDonald’s fry portion.
Paying $10 for this three-piece meal I got is pretty ridiculous. The value of what I received was probably only worth $4 to $6 dollars. Portions were equivalent to a kids meal at an another fast food franchise like Chick-fil-A or McDonald’s.
Definitely will not be coming back here. Portions are pretty small, pretty ridiculous. if I am going to spend $10 for a meal I’m going to go to somewhere better… lots of better options in the area within walking distance.
Unfortunately, Google does not allow users to place a 0 star review if I could, I would.

Avoid this place and find a sit down restaurant instead. The chicken fingers were tiny, bland and overcooked. It's situated across from a college hang out, so it's noisy and crowded.

Went through the drive through, was normal. First time trying Cane's, and it was nice and hot, fresh. It's crunchy when fresh, nice and juicy chicken tenders. But with all the hype, I guess I expected more. It's chicken. Nothing special, no spices. Sauce is different, good. I liked it and will go again. Very easy, limited menu all chicken tenders.

The chicken is plain, fries had no salt, coleslaw didn't really have a flavor, bread was good, the sauce is not that good...and it cost 57$..I don't think it was worth it

My kids love Raising Canes! There isn’t one near where we are from so we stopped in here on our way home from a vacation. Super crowded little spot but our food come out promptly! 👏 Also not much parking around the area or sitting in the store and a little disheveled. But other than that delicious chicken as always!

We love Cane's! Great chicken fingers, quality is always consistent and fresh.
This location is a little tricky, they have a handful of parking spots in the parking garage, otherwise find a spot wherever. Not much seating, many just take it to go. Can be a decent wait on gamedays.
But still the best chicken tenders over all the competition.

don't see what's the big deal about this place-pretty much like Zaxby's but not much seating at all. Overpriced but chicken and fries almost identical to the old Wishbones on Clinton Hwy. I'll stick with Chik-fiLA!

Very clean store. Employees were very friendly and made sure we had everything before we left. We were there around 9pm on a saturday. There was probably 60 orders in front of mine. However the wait was only about 10 minutes. Orders were getting pumped out left and right. Got to talk to some people waiting for food as well. Great place. Food was overhyped compared to viral tiktoks but wasn't bad.
