I worked right above Ray’s place for 4 years. Everything here is something you can buy from Sam’s club or Costco. It is convenient but not even as good as a food truck. Believe me the nice old guy is not poor at all.

Food is always good, and the atmosphere is something special!
I have really enjoyed eating and studying at Ray’s Place. They truly work hard here and provide a clean environment to study and eat. However, I have recently been deterred from Ray’s after hearing a lady in the kitchen discussing her distaste in the clothes I was wearing. Not sure if I will return. It felt very unprofessional.

Cheap pre-cooked food, ideal for a quick lunch if what you need is to get some carbs to hold you until dinner. The food it self is ok for the price you pay.There are mainly 2 people running the place, a very polite welcoming and nice middle aged man - I believe Ray him self, always accommodating and caring, and then ugh an angry rude middle aged woman. I have to say whenever she is not there the day seem brighter.She snaps, scoffs and gives these angry looks. What is her issue? Do other people get these treatment from her is it my middle eastern looks and amazing accent that bothers her?I would also suggest to add some fresh greenery to your options, prepackaged salads etc but mainly fix the attitude.

idk how they make frozen potato wedges taste so good. i get them like once a week. it's nice to have a basic southern meal while on campus
