Cheese and meat in the bar at Old City right next door. Yucca in the bar Wine in the bar At dinner: Scallops Lamb Hangar steak Short rib Banana cream pie Cappuccino Port I don't even know what to say, this is everything we had and it was all to die for. GO GO GO!!!!!
What a delicious combination of flavors! This farm to table restaurant with an Asian fusion bent deliverwd on all fronts - great service, huge wine selection, and delicious food all reasonably priced.

This is my top recommendation for people visiting Knoxville. If you want to impress a client or a date without paying $200 a head, do yourself a favor and hit up Rebel Kitchen. The Old City Wine Bar next bar is a great first stop while you wait for you table.
