Very nice and easy little fusion restaurant that really has decent meals for everyone. I got the spicy gingo bowl and it really hit the spot for me. Such an array of flavors: spicy sweet savory pickly. I would absolutely recommend it if your in the mood. My friend got the chicken avacado sandwhich and he said it was alright, so I think i got one of the better dishes on the menu but still great place especially if you have large parties and picky eaters because there’s something for everyone here.

There is something for everyone on the Redbird Kitchen menu but I recommend the shrimp and grits. It is delicious. The service was great and we enjoyed the atmosphere. All around great dining experience.

Honestly we thought the food was just ok. Overall it was decent but not worth the drive for us when there are other places that have equal or better food. We got the triple dip appetizer, queso was good the salsa and bean dips were meh. The nutty goat salad was decent flavor wise and the smash burger was ok just a little greasy. However, the overall experience was great because our server Sophia, who works the bar. Super friendly, chatty with everyone and even though busy never missed anything we needed or wanted. I’d say if you’re around there check it out but don’t go out of your way.

Got the Veggie Bowl, add chicken. Chicken was not cooked with any sort of flavoring - so rough it was inedible. All the vegetables were not cooked fully, tiny portion for $22. I ended up throwing it out. My wife’s Mac and cheese tasted like straight cafeteria food and if her sandwich didn’t have sauce, it would have been inedible because it was so dry. Overpriced and disgusting.
This place has been an absolute staple for us. I've had the opportunity to try several of the dishes and all have been great. The Cuban has been hands down one of my favorite items so far.
