Perfect balance of spice and sweetness, with a creaminess that makes it feel like a treat every single time. I’ve had plenty of chai around town, but theirs has this freshness to it that keeps me coming back. The vibe here is just as good as the drinks—warm, welcoming, and never rushed. Whether I’m grabbing something quick or sitting down with my laptop for a couple of hours, it’s always a good experience

There are some great coffee shops in Knoxville. Remedy is one of them. They make an excellent latte, and they always have some interesting specialty drinks on the menu if you want something different. I still say they should be called Hallowed Grounds ;) There is a cool, old historic cemetery just across from them with winding paths and big, mature trees. Great place to have a quiet walk with a warm cup.

coffee here is great, vibes immaculate. the matcha and all of the homemade syrups are really good. only cons are that parking can be difficult to find, and the shop is always pretty busy, so grabbing a spot sometimes isn’t an option. (love the business for y’all, just annoying as a patron!).

Coffee is great, but be prepared to pay extra if you want half and half in your coffee instead of milk. I worked at various coffee shops for fifteen years and frequent other shops, and no, contrary to what I was told by the barista at Remedy, charging people extra for an ounce of cream as a condiment in an iced coffee is not a standard at other coffee shops. Please, make this clear on your menu in your pricing and tell your baristas to explain this while you are ordering, not after the drink is made and you’re wondering why the price is more expensive than listed.
