This coffee shop has quickly become one of my go-to spots in town. Their nitro cold brew is unreal—smooth, bold, and with that velvety texture that makes it way too easy to drink. I had gotten an iced latte and I was floored at how absolutely incredibly delicious this coffee was. I've had a lot of coffee in my life, and this latte was on the top three coffees I've had in my entire life. I need to find a way to get this coffee while living over 500 miles away.
There are some great coffee shops in Knoxville. Remedy is one of them. They make an excellent latte, and they always have some interesting specialty drinks on the menu if you want something different. I still say they should be called Hallowed Grounds ;) There is a cool, old historic cemetery just across from them with winding paths and big, mature trees. Great place to have a quiet walk with a warm cup.
