I visited Rocky Top Nutrition for the first time today! I tried the birthday cake protein shake after an employee recommended it to me, but I didn’t care for it at all. It was very icy instead of creamy, and hardly had any flavor, which was really disappointing for an expensive shake. I ended up throwing it away :(
I’ll definitely be back for the loaded teas, though!

Beautiful, clean spot to grab a delicious loaded tea. Jayden warmly greeted us and recommended the best drink for a refreshing pick me up! Definitely will be back!

Jayden was is always so friendly! My mom and I had the best experience coming after a hot football game! He made us the best drinks and we had a great conversation!!

First time trying Rocky Top with a friend, and it did not disappoint! We both enjoy loaded teas from other nutrition shops, and this place has a huge variety of flavors to choose from. It was pretty busy when we went, but the wait was surprisingly short thanks to the efficient staff. The price was great too—under $9 for a drink! Excited to come back and try more flavors.

Second visit and proving they are AWESOME! The guys working were kind, professional and super sweet with my son. He didn’t like the blueberry drink he chose first and asked for a different one. They immediately made him a new one even though it was literally minutes before closing! Definitely recommend! Thank you so much! I appreciate a business who truly cares about their customers!

We are from out of town and we were so happy to find this tea shop! We had the fruit ninja and the owners recommended tea “the unicorn” and both were so good! The owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the amazing teas, we will be back next time we visit! 😊

Many drink options but the staff was not knowledgeable when it came to explaining exactly what types of protein/nutrients were in each drink mixture. They were also unable to tell me if they used plant based or diary based protein, an important distinction for those of us who are actively into fitness and nutrition.

I’m always wishing there were more smoothie spots in Knox so I got excited when Rocky Top Nutrition popped up. Glad to have a place I can grab a healthy, protein filled breakfast or snack. That being said, this smoothie was about $10 before tip… The taste was okay, I guess it’s the nutrition that matters. The people working there were very friendly and handled the morning rush well!

I am currently in Knoxville for a soccer tournament and I had been on the hunt for a tea shop! Unfortunately they were closed, but the nicest employee let me in and made me my tea 10 minutes past close! Thank you Jaden!! Such good service!

My son has wanted to try a drink for a while. Unfortunately, we didn’t know they closed at 6:00 and walked in a few minutes before they close. There were two staff present and they made us a feel welcome even though it was a little bit before closing. The drink my chose was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!! 😊

Disappointed in the customer service. Was not even acknowledged as I walked in, stood at the counter as the two workers talked to their boyfriends while eating. As I was confused about the menu I initiated conversation and was bluntly told the shakes were in fact protein shakes. I asked how much protein was in the shake and she did not know. I found it impersonal when I was the only one in there and my drink was set on the counter without saying anything as the worker resumed back to her boyfriend.

Really expensive. Artificial ingredients. Kind of gross. Really expensive. Artificial ingredients. Kind of gross. You better off going to smoothie King and getting some real fruit in your life.
