Amazing place loaded tea are good!! just needs more consistency, today it seems like there was someone new, people waiting gave me my tea wrong, and the Shake without the toppings and with the tea lid, every time I go it is a different experience

It's like $2 more expensive here than the other locations, and my tea has almost no flavor. Super weak. Practically a La Croix for how faint the flavor is. My drink also came out brown, and they're always bright blue anywhere else I go. Cannot believe I was charged $9 for this watered down thing ?

I have been in twice. Both times other than being asked in annoyance, “what do you want?” I don’t think my presence was even acknowledged. It’s a lovely store, with great things to offer but the staff does not seem like they want you or them to be there.

Super healthy, good prices, and great folks. Specifically go here to get little to no sugar and that can be difficult to find. Lots of recipes and help to figure out what to get. Thank you Rocky Top Nutrition!
