This place is not what you think. IT IS WAY BETTER! Outstanding fresh sushi! Even the wasabi is fresh! Prices are acceptable due to the economy and location. Friendly and willing to take the time to explain everything!

Super kind and welcoming staff, and the food is sooooooo good. Highly recommend getting the Volcano bowl with mango on top. Definitely will be coming back, such a perfect option for a healthy and delicious meal

I don't think I've had food so devoid of flavor, taste or balance. No salt, no sweet, no sour, no umami. This is what I expect the food outside the matrix to be.The rice is stale, old and isn't mixed with rice vinegar. It also doesn't taste washed.The seaweed wrap isn't salty and might as well be soy.The tempura might be fried in oil, but the breading lacks any seasoningsThe red cabbage tastes old and lacks the sour tang the burrito needsThe crab tastes like imitation of limitation crabThe whole experience is dragged down by the lowest common denominator between fusing Asian and American cuisine.I'll edit this down to 1 star if I get sick tonite.

Had a rough week of classes, so felt like swinging by and trying a sushi burrito because I have never had one before. The ladies behind the counter were nice, but sadly they were not that experienced in rolling the burritos and ended up having to use two sheets of seaweed on my burrito. I don’t know if this was the reason, but it was really hard to break through the outer shell and get a bite. I got the Firecracker signature burrito and thought the ingredients were quite tasty, but not a fan of the burrito shape because you can not really get some of everything in each bite like a normal piece of sushi. Even though I wasn’t a fan, I would still like to come back and give them another shot because I see potential!

Free 2 tacos with my order? Say less. Not to mention the food was incredible. Highly recommend popping in the place. Best food on Cumberland!

Really enjoyed this place. The customer service was outstanding and we got to try some new things that were delicious. I really liked the wontons and pork pot stickers, and we especially enjoyed the buzzed ice cream!

Food is great! Everything so fresh. Lots more for me to try on the menu.

Very good! I got a sushi burrito. Better than actual sushi. Definitely coming back here as much as I can. Staff is very very nice.
