We hired Rosa's Catering by recommendation and are so glad we did. From our first contact they were willing to answer questions and answered emails very quickly. We are from Michigan and our daughter did a destination wedding in Pigeon Forge so it was hard choosing vendors. They were on time, the food was amazing and the cheesecake bar was a huge hit! We did the Bruschetta and Spinach Dip for appetizers. They were both very good. For dinner we did the Tortellini pasta with marinara and alfredo sauce, green beans and a salad with garlic bread..... I called Rosa's Catering to do my husbands graduation/Christmas party. The process was seamless. Their price is very affordable and they have a ton of options. The caterer (Meg) came nice and early and set everything up beautifully. She was so awesome. You totally get your money's worth of food. Everything was absolutely delicious and all of our guests would not stop talking about how great the food was. We had the pulled pork, feta stuffed chicken, and salmon and roasted potatoes. Highly recommend! My only tip, from a marketing perspective, is they should upgrade their menu PDF as I had a little trouble finding things/looking through it. Pictures would have also been super helpful!

Worst place to chose to get food catered to any type of gathering you may want. Whether it be a wedding retirement party or birthday. Foods Gross wouldn't feed my dog the garbage these ppl provide. Save yourself from the embarrassment of using this nasty organization . The owner is a real jerk also. Very cocky and you should see his roadrage problems out on the road with various different ppl while driving his company vehicles. Go with another catering service. As you can see on these reviews about every other review is terrible.

Rosa’s food was amazing! I had the herb crusted chicken with champagne sauce and prime rib for my wedding. The food was absolutely delicious. We also had the roasted vegetables & scalloped potatoes well. I would recommend using Rosa’s for all of your catering needs!

They came on time and promptly set up all the food for us, including plastic plates and nice plastic forks. We had a small gathering (15 people), and Rosa's helped me select menu options that enabled us to have a variety of food choices for our guests and be cost-effective. We had Rosa's Catering cater our rehearsal dinner in the Sunsphere and everything was great! Thus location is typically quick and the food is good. Unfortunately I found hair in my food on this visit. Management was very nice and offered every option possible including my choice which was a full refund. I gave 3 stars because they were very kind and apologetic.

Rosa's Catering did our wedding reception (39 people, including the bride & groom) the first week of November 2022 and we had mixed feelings after all said and done. They were helpful in the planning process and communication PRIOR to the wedding; however, we had two major issues with them during & after.We decided to go with a family-style catering, which Rosa's is one of - if not the only - caterer to offer such an option. The two entrees and two sides that each table were served were cold to the touch and we had three guests - one of which being the Mother of the Bride - who were supposed to have received plated meals for dietary reasons.All three of them never received their requested entrée...These three guests were kind enough not to make it our problem on the wedding day itself, but after the Thanksgiving holiday and seeing all three of them, they informed us that they ate the table's side dishes only and didn't have the entrée they ordered.Ginger, the General Manager of Rosa's, received my call about these issues. Ginger did her "research" by asking the employees who were at our wedding why these three guests weren't served their entrée; the employees' response, "all three plates were requested & served." So either Rosa's employees or the Mother of the Bride/Aunt of the Bride/Cousin of the Groom are all liars. Ginger's explanation to me after I called her included that I needed to have those three guests request their special plates; however, that was never communicated to us until now.Found Rosa's Catering on The Magnolia's Preferred Vendor list but would advise you to travel all avenues before deciding on Rosa's, especially if you're looking to do family-style dining.

The menu Maggie and Adam chose were some of their very favorite dishes - shrimp and grits, Mac-n-cheese, brisket nachos, and bbq sliders - all of it was absolutely amazing! Our guest loved the “comfort food” menu and raved about how delicious everything tasted. Ginger was the best to work with, answered any questions we had, made suggestions, and even added some last minute request! The food added to their Perfect wedding day!

They catered a wedding I was at, the salad was pre-dressed with dressing which made it terribly soggy and very unappealing, the main course was really bad and also a tiny portion..allegedly, they had really good reviews, so I’m not sure if it was an off night or if they had just started letting the effort and care slip away from the desire to be profitable..With that being said, I would request a testing or sample entrée before you spend the money
