Rosati's Pizza

We're visiting from Georgia for youth soccer vs. Knoxville. Rosati's is right next to our hotel. I'm admittedly a PIZZA SNOB and won't eat mass-produced big chain pizza... even if it's offered for free. Life is too short to eat bad pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by Rosati's!!! I ordered a 12" Thin Crust with sausage and mushroom. It was DELICIOUS. The Crust was slightly charred and crunchy. It had ample quality cheese, and the sauce was unique, not your basic plain red. It was actually seasoned well. I could taste basil and oregano. The tasty sausage was big chunk, which I prefer over crumbled. The owner checked on my take out order a couple of times and was very friendly. There are several tables for dine in. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. I highly recommend this pizzeria ☆☆☆☆☆

I was so happy to find authentic Chicago pizza. Lived in Chicago for years and this is like visiting there. Italian beef available, too.

We got the deep dish. It was very good. You can actually taste the cheese. The veggies were fresh and this Italian sausage very tasty. It was really a treat. We will definitely be back for seconds.

One of the best pizzas I've had in along time. I highly recommend Rosati's.

The Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is very good. I'm from Chicago and IMO while nothing is as good as Lou Malnati's, Rosati's deep dish pie is pretty close. Glad to find it in Knoxville!

Vegetarian options: Stick to the plain pizza if you want vegetarian food.

Parking: Ample parking in the strip mall where Rosati's Pizza is located.

Rosati's is my very favorite pizza! I love the "Monster" it has almost everything except the kitchen sink! So flavorful! So many of the pizza "chains" have deteriorated to cardboard with catsup, but Rosati's is fantastic when you want a really good pizza! A little pricey, but worth it. More of a carry out place, but they do have some seats available. Italian beef sandwich is good too.
