Rosati's Pizza

As a Chicago native, finding good pizza in Knoxville has been challenging. Not anymore! We ordered from Rosati's while in Chicago and will order from Rosati's while in Knoxville. It may be a chain, but it does Chicago style pizza right!

Normally I don't like to leave reviews but we're out of town and was excited to try this place. The wings were good but the pizza was not so good. It was very disappointing.

I paid almost $32 for a 12” pizza 🙄 it wasn’t even very good… 1st/last time customer here. I’m a huge pizza connoisseur and this was not yummy. Highly disappointed. The price was outrageous too. I wouldn’t have been as mad if it was like 12 bucks but 32?! Yea… I’ll always steer someone away from this place if asked 😑😑😑

Horrible experience.The website was confusing to navigate through. I thought I was ordering a Pizza. After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes and 2 people looked at me, but did not address me, when they finally did, what I picked up for $30, including tip was a crust with pepperoni sprinkled on top. There was no cheese, there was no sauce. The creator of this Pizza could have easily said this doesn't seem right and reached out to me to confirm if I did not want sauce or cheese. But that did not happen. It's incredibly difficult to get them on the phone. I will never buy from them, and I will discourage anyone from buying from them.

Ordered a slice of pizza at 4 pm, was given stale cold slice. I asked for fresh slice I was told they stop selling slices at 3 pm ( lady even said it’s been in warmer since 11 am whyyyy sell it) Was not worth my time just will not go back.

Delicious made pizza. Fresh ingredients and well done deep dish.

There is nothing special about this place nor the food they serve. If they are using any authentic recipes, they weren't great recipes to begin with. My tiramisu was frozen solid. I couldn't even use silverware on it, so I ended up eating it with my bare hands. It's not the kind of experience I want considering what I paid.
