"Terrible customer service."I had been looking forward to trying this pizza for some time. They wasted over an hour of my time and I never got any food.We called in an order for carry-out on a Wednesday. We were told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. That was great. It's about 20 minutes from my home.Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have an order from us. The person at the counter looked lost. He just kept staring at his computer screen. He asked if we called the correct number. I showed them my phone's call log with the time and number, which was correct. Then he just looked past me and started helping another customer. I then asked to speak with a manager. It took about 10 more minutes before anyone else came out. I could see them through the window talking and continuing to make pizzas. The person who eventually came out said no one there spoke to us. I showed him my phone's call log. He insisted I was wrong. I asked for the contact information of the general manager. They said hold on. Another man eventually came out and said he was the owner. I explained everything again. He opened a call log on his computer and said, "See, we don't have any calls matching your claim."I pointed to my number and the exact time I had given them on his screen and told him, "That's my call." He looked again and said, "Oh, yeah, I guess it is."He then said, I can take your order and we can make your pizza now. I asked him how long that would take. He said, 30 minutes.I had already been there for over 20 minutes, so I declined. No one ever apologized for their mistake. No one ever apologized for telling me I was wrong. They never offered any type of discount or anything to make up for it. They obviously didn't want to acknowledge their mistake or care if I bought anything from them or not.

Pizza is delicious as always. I grew up with rosati's pizza in the great state of Illinois. I'm glad I got to enjoy it again with some friends.

I ordered an Italian beef sandwich to eat there. When they finally got it out to me, it was in a to go box that was just full of gravy . I sure wouldn't put that in my car. So I flattened out the box and made it halfway accessible . First thing, it was lava hot. Couldn't even pick it up. I appreciate a hot sandwich but man. Next, it had aluminum foil underneath and was just sitting in juices so to save the bread from falling apart, I attempted to remove the foil. It was stuck so hard that to get it off, I had to pull some of the bread off with it. Well, too late. The bread was a soggy falling apart mess. I no longer had a sandwich. Keep in mind. I paid 16 bucks with a bottle of pop and got 3 bites out of it. It went in the trash. I was craving a beef all week and am so disappointed. I've not eaten there in a year and something has changed. My beefs were never like that.

Best Chicago Style pizza in da region. Especially love the Stuffed Pizza. Their double crust is amazing, and my family agrees.

Being originally from the Chicagoland area I had high hopes going in since it has been 4 years since I had Rosati’s pizza. First the good; it tasted just like I remembered it and had the proper amount of cheese to sauce ratio for both the thin and deep dish I ate. Now the bad; the crust is normally crispier and has larger edges. Also, they skimped on toppings. There was very little pepperoni and sausage on it. Overall it was good, but it does not measure up to the Plainfield, IL location as I remembered it. 7.5 out of 10.

True taste of classic chicago pizza I grew up with. Hard to find outside of chi town. High quality ingredients.. .you get what you pay for.Parking: Parking is terrible, the strip mall is always busy, but worth the hassle.

Authentic Chicago pizza! Deep fried mushrooms were great, too. Can’t really speak on the atmosphere since we did a carry out. But for the few moments we were there, it was pleasant.Parking: Parking lot shared with multiple businesses. Small strip mall style parking
