The passed appetizers, especially the caprese skewers, were a huge hit—our guests still can’t stop raving about them! Many of our friends and family have told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had, which means so much to us. The Chicken Plicata, Pasta Pesto, and Prime Rib options were perfect, offering something delicious for everyone.

Thank you for making the entire experience so easy and memorable. You and your team truly made a difference in one of the most important parts of our celebration—the food and the exceptional service that accompanied it.

We hired Rothchild Catering for our wedding in 10/2024 at The Trillium Venue and they were nothing short of amazing to work with! Demi and her team were quick with responding to any questions my husband and I had and were so knowledgeable about the venue and working with our wedding coordinator (Elite Event Services) it made the process so smooth for us! We were not from the area so Demi and her team ensured that they could be available when we were in town for a tasting of the food and even being super considerate about my food allergies. They were super understanding and willing to work with any changes and edits we made. We had the team serve appetizers at cocktail hour and had a served dinner. The food was DELICIOUS and the servers were quick, efficient, and super kind. The catering team ensured they set aside some appetizers for my husband and I during cocktail hour so we could enjoy them while waiting for dinner. I would recommend this team over and over again and to any future couples looking for a catering team in/around Knoxville, I would recommend Rothchild Catering!!

Rothchild catering was great for our wedding! We had a full service cocktail and the apps we picked were amazing! During dinner, the servers were quick and professional. So many guests told us how great the food was the whole day! The servers even packed up 2 huge take home boxes for us to eat the next day. We’d recommend them for anyone's wedding!

I can't recommend Rothchild enough! Our wedding was August 30th, 2024 and Rothchild made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Having delicious food at a wedding is one of the most important things to my family and I, so we are so happy that we found this catering team. Rothchild exceeded all expectations and the food was absolutely incredible! All of our wedding guests are still raving about how delicious cocktail hour and our reception meals were! The ice cream bar during dessert was a huge hit too!

The staff is a joy to work with while planning and hosting an event. I attend many events here and I love the food. The staff is very accommodating to special requests - diet restrictions and children. They have stages, AV and more. We have had many events while other rooms are being used and it is quiet and professional.

We were beyond happy that we chose Rothchild Catering for our Wedding in the Smoky Mountains. The communication from the start was great, and they made picking a Gluten Free Menu a breeze. We had so many people come up to us and say it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding!! The staff was great, the food was phenomenal, and we can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect! It was a little scary picking a caterer for an out of town wedding, but I would go with Rothchild a million times over!

We had a great experience working with Rothchild for our wedding. They were great communicators, very professional and the food was delicious! We did a few passed apps as well as a buffet dinner and we were happy with all of the food. Everything was warm too which can be a struggle at weddings sometimes! The staff was very friendly and helpful and boxed up our leftover food for us at the end of the night. We went with the Simple and Savory buffet option and would highly recommend it!

Me and my wife really enjoyed this place. We came here for a business Christmas party. The food was great and the host was great. We will be back again. Next time with the family.

I would highly recommend Rothchild Catering! We had passed appetizers and buffet service for our wedding and the food was amazing. We got a ton of compliments from guests on the quality of food. Not only was it delicious, it was hot which is often hard to get with catering. The waitstaff walked around checking on glasses to see if anyone needed a refill on water, asking on plates if they can remove from tables, refilled the buffet as needed. They did an amazing job making sure all of our needs were taken care of the whole night. I would highly recommend Rothchild!

I am so happy we went with Rothchild catering for our wedding! Demi was great to work with and helped us select a wonderful buffet menu. I was a little worried that the buffet food would not be as good as the tasting. However, there was no need to worry! It was absolutely delicious and all of our guests commented on how great the food was. I would highly recommend Rothchild for your catering needs!

We had passed apps and buffet style dinner for our wedding. The stuffed mushrooms were great. Even though it was a buffet they served my husband and I at our table. Even though we were busy taking pictures the wait staff came up to me and gave me some of the passed apps so I did not miss anything. Our guest enjoyed the food. It was also very convenient to be able to get our wedding cake from the same place since we live in Michigan and did everything over the phone. Only negative is some of the food could have used a little more seasoning.

Rothchild catered our wedding. They were very professional and great to work with from quoting to edits to the day of. The food itself we received many compliments on as the best wedding food our guests had been served.
