I had to make an account just to review this place. It was most likely the WORST food I've ever had from the mall and probably outside of it too! The young man in the front did not understand what I asked and became frustrated with me. Food tasted absolutely disgusting, it was definitely not fresh. Never coming here again. Afterwards I had that grindy feeling of sand in my mouth. Terrible.

Excellent quality food for an affordable price. The portions are amazing too! Recommend going here over the other options in the food court. The Bourbon Chicken was to die for!

I don't know why the don't have 5 stars but they really good and they are the best Asians food at the mall!! And you will get a huge amount of food!!

This place, literally, is one of my wife and mine favorite places to eat. Food is excellent and good fair price for amount you get. No free refills on drinks. Other than that, the food is exceptionally awesome and my mouth is watering just thinking about their food. Each dish has it's own individual taste and flavor, very unlike ANY other asian restaurant which all dishes taste like they all are made with the same sauces and spices. You GOT to try it before you choose a favorite asian style cooking kitchen. Wish they had a walk-in separate restaurant instead of a shopping mall atmosphere but the food makes it worth going to.

The orange chicken and bourbon chicken were very good. Didnt care for the fried rice or sweet and sour chicken and sauce.

I will never be going to this ever again. Had a small meal after seeing Detective Pikachu and vomitted almost immediately after finishing. Luckly I made it to the bathroom in time. I have no allergies by the way. It could have been due to a stray pineapple I ate by accident that somehow found its way into my bowl; but whatever it was it tore me up. Decided to leave a review cause I doubt I'm getting my money back, sorry but never again.Staff was decent enough.

Hot garbage. The noodles taste like spaghetti not low mein. The food is hard and dry. Not good .

Guys, this is not actually Thai food. It’s the same Americanized “Chinese” food that they have in every food court in every mall — lo mein, bourbon chicken, fried rice, stuff like that. There’s another stand in the West town Mall food court, right across from this place, that has the same exact stuff. It’s OK, but it ain’t Thai food. If you want Thai in Knoxville, you’ll have to go to Surin or Taste of Thai.

My future mother-in-law suggested this place awhile ago. I finally got to try this awesome place and I love all the yummy food and friendly staff.
