Ruth's Chris Steak House

Usually the food was outstanding but we were disappointed this time not. The soup was cold and had to be made over and brusell sprouts were under cooked and tough . The service was excellent

Great choice for date night, business dinner or any other occasion that top tier service and cusine would be desired. Jameson was excellent and will definitely request him our next visit.

Absolutely freezing had to leave early. My table for 6 was against the window facing the river.

ALL of the food was fantastic! What made the evening so special was the outstanding way Blake took care of us. He's something special and the restaurant should take good care of him. My wife really appreciated the rose pedals on the table for our anniversary.

Chris and Travis took very good care of us. Excellent service. My son's and husband's steaks were cooked perfectly. I ordered mine medium and there was barely any pink. My son's steak had a large inedible piece of fat that he couldn't even cut through. Brussel sprouts and asparagus were okay. The macaroni and cheese was barely room temperature. Desserts were wonderful.

Excellent! We eat here most years for my wife's birthday.

We had the most enjoyable evening and delicious dinner at the Knoxville Ruth's Chris last night. The sevice provided by Stephen and special attention by the management (Jeff and Jonathan) was exceptional. Will definitely go back the next time we're in Knoxville.

Upscale restaurant that I've passed often but never ventured in. Attended a seminar this evening that included dinner. The conference room was downstairs, lot of noise from upstairs interrupted being able to concentrate on the subject matter. The meal was very good, including steak house salad... I had an 11oz. Filet that was cooked rare as requested....great flavor and very tender. Included garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Because of cost this would be a special occasion restaurant for me....but very satisfied with the service, cleanliness (including bathroom) and quality of the food.

Fantastic server!! (Think her name was Meg) she did a great job of making sure we were cared for without constantly interrupting us. She made great recommendations, especially the chocolate martini to finish. It was my husbands birthday and she made it special.

We are regulars and we always as for Steven if he's working. He was and he never disappoints. Everything was perfect.

This place is not open to having black people in their facility. They put us in the far back and didn’t serve us for over one hour. We ordered our food and when it came out it was cold and the steak was overly well done. I don’t appreciate this kind of hospitality from a high end restaurant. -1/20

Excellent as always. Manager comped some of the order because it took too long for us to recieve our food. I didnt ask, complain or expect anything free but he insisted that Ruth's Chris has a standard and they didn't meet that standard. The waiter and entire staff was wonderful. The food was excellent.. Will definitely be back.

Had a very nice time celebrating my birthday with 11 of my friends. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was outstanding. We always love this place!
