I was expecting a little bit grander steak and sides for the amount of talk you hear about this place. Their mashed potatoes were bland and spinach was just not very good. Steak was good, but I’ve certainly had better and more tender filets. Though they do serve some large filets and lobster tail

Excellent food, excellent service, waiter was attentive to needs but didn't hover over or seem to care we stayed a few hours. I was meeting someone who drove from DC so they welcomed the break.Parking: Free parking in their parking area, no issues to get a spotWheelchair accessibility: Entrance and setting is available for wheelchair accessibility

We went here for a birthday celebration. Overall, it was good but not great for the price.I ordered a medium rare steak which barely made the medium rare standard upon first cutting in to the steak. However, with it being on a 500 degree plate, it continued to cook to a medium well/well done by half way through. This is truly disappointing for an expensive steak at an expensive steak restaurant. The garlic mashed potatoes seemed instant and not made from real potatoes. The rest of the food was good but not awesome.It was a disappointing experience especially since we had just returned from the French Riviera about 10 days ago where the food was excellent and less expensive. Two people can eat at a Michelin Star restaurant for less than two can eat at Ruth’s Chris for an average meal. Spending $200+ for a disappointing meal with no drinks is not something you want to repeat.

Idk I wasn’t there but apparently the food was mid. Do better, Ruth and Chris. I literally wear pajamas to ur establishment.
The staff made the experience for us. Very attentive and were able to add to our celebration without being intrusive. The food was good but not quite proportional to the cost.
I went into Ruth Chris to have a drink before going on the dinner cruise close to the restaurant. I sat at the bar and the staff was attentive. Even though I did not eat, the people sitting next to me had the lobster mac and cheese and said it was delicious. The lobster was piled high on top of the macaroni. The other people next to me were eating steak and the creamed spinach. They both said it was delicious. I have eaten at Ruth Chris in other locations and they do have great food. The restaurant in Knoxville is very cool with a few patios that face the river. This is a wonderful location to sit, have a drink and order a great meal.
