Great atmosphere and you’re guaranteed to get some of Peyton Manning Sweetens Cove. I tried it for the first time and it quite good! Bartenders were great as well!

My son and I dropped in after the recent UK Vols game.. the place was pretty empty especially after a game like that. We just wasn’t happy with the meal or service at all. I was hoping for a nice meal before our trip back to Kentucky.. we might try again if we come back in town and see how it is. It might be better if I’d had a DD and didn’t have to make the trip back to the house.

Sat down and had a glass covered with lipstick in front of me. Shrimp were frozen and had to be thawed. Husband’s wings were “terrible”, son’s pulled pork was dry and had hardly any sauce. Went b/c we flew in late and were staying at the hotel, but wouldn’t go back. It was trivia night and only 2 other tables besides ours.

Hard to believe but for the first time in...my ...life... Peyton Manning disappoints. The appetizer that is served at Saloon 16 is NOT Cheese Bings !!!! Peyton - as a UT grad you have experienced and truly KNOW the magic of the infamous OCI cheese bings. Chopped up mozzarella sticks does not equal cheese bings. Very disappointing. And what kind of sports bar has wheel of fortune on all TVs on Saturday night? Decor is awesome - service lacking. Game day drinking is probably good as any since not many options left on The Strip these days.

My two youngest were in town, for Christmas, and their mom had wanted to check out Peyton's Saloon 16. We were there on December 23rd, around 1:30 PM, and had the place to ourselves. I wasn't in a big hurry to go there, but I'm glad that my family convinced me to go. My steak sandwich and side salad were top notch. The Bar/Restaurant is very dark inside, but I guess that is to give it a "Saloon" Vibe. Lot's of interesting Manning Memorabilia, and the Waitress/Bartender was most excellent! She was very cordial, informative, and funny! She should get an immediate raise.

We met family here for lunch before spending the afternoon downtown. My mom is a big fan of the Mannings so we wanted to check the saloon out. The menu is not large and it is bar food, but the drinks and burgers were fantastic. I had made reservations as it was the Saturday before Christmas but the bar was empty the entire time we were there. The waitress was top notch, keeping herself busy while we visited and ate but was always at the table at the perfect time. She was very friendly and funny and we were so glad we stopped in. The bar is really cool, lots of old pictures and favorites of Payton. If you're a football fan, especially of one on the Mannings, you should stop in!

This place is gross. The smell was horrendous--like old beer and dirty dishrags. I couldn't even stay there. Poor bartender was stuck in there, but she was at least friendly. It's dark, dirty, and smelly. It's like something out of kitchen nightmares.

Went after a basketball game, mid afternoon on a Saturday and the bar only had one bar back and one waitress, no dedicated bartender pouring drinks. Very unfortunate for the two of them as they got stressed with just 50+ guests all ready to order. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes and after no interaction with staff, got up and left. Won't be back and glad we know in the future to not bring guests. Management needs to step up and plan better. Scrubbing the sticky floors would be nice also.

We decided to try brunch at Peyton Manning's Saloon 16. It struck us that it smelled of sweat and depression over the many terrible years of Vols Football. The place was dark and musty in a hotel that seemed condemned. We decided on cocktails, I had the Power T Punch, sucked. I had the Vols breakfast, average. There was one shining star out of the meal it was the hash browns. Service was ok possibly a trainee. The Sheriff would be opposed to this place, I hope he knows they use his name and likeness. (In the key of the Nationwide jingle) "Peyton's place smells like butt" or "I wish these eggs had some taste"

Peyton Manning's place is located inside The Graduate, which is connected to the University of Tennessee campus. Small menu, but very good. Enjoyed our visit here.

The service was great but everything else, not so much. The food looked like something heated up from the frozen food section. The overpriced, sub par drinks were served in plastic cups, which for a $20 drink, is unacceptable. With all the great restaurants and bars in Knoxville, I can’t believe this place is still open.
