This location used to be the best, now they don’t give you much of anything and the manager and staff aren’t as friendly as they used to be. The location near Bearden hill is just a short drive from here and they actually give you your moneys worth and don’t roll their eyes at you or act rude! Worth the drive

I wanted to first say the new sauces salsaritas is providing are spectacular. I’m a major fan of the mango!! Secondly, this location is one of my favorites. The service is always delightful with their welcoming smiles and friendly courageousness towards their customers. Colten does an amazing job with his service and I’m always thrilled with his job in food service. He rolls a fantastic burrito! If you’re looking for a calm, friendly and excellent experience I recommend this location!!

Place is gross and always empty which is I guess why I’m writing this. The rice tastes like microwaved rice, the chicken has zero seasoning. The only saving grace is their new sauces but those are all one tastes. Their chips are very salty too. The workers are all lovely people and have only good things to say about them.

These were the worst tacos I have ever gotten

The food is always hot a delicious, portions are more than fair. It's always clean and the employees are always nice and helpful. Don't sleep on this Salsarita's location. It's the best one! Plus signing up with the app gives you a free entrée, and you can order ahead. Can't beat it!

NO! stars for service. HORRIBLE. Ten years ago, I ate here religiously, I could eat it every day, but no more. Twice in as many weeks, since I moved back, and I will NEVER set another foot in those doors. The manager speaks NO English, and, in my opinion, AFTER TRANSLATION, did everything possible to ensure I would never return. If u want the ridiculous details, email me, I'd be happy to share. SHAME ON salsarita and shame on their manager for disgracing her heritage. This place deserves ZERO stars. I highly recommend anyone looking for, an already pitiful American "Mexican" food, buy a frozen burrito or go ANYWHERE other than this salsaritas. #disappointingAF. Knoxville is QUICKLY proving to have lost its luster! Pity

Got lunch their today. Very bad experience The young Mexican there Bad aptitude. With no papers of being in the US, Was picking the food up with his hand. Which their were spoons provided. The person at the Register which he said was the manager She was grabbing and padding him on the buttock.I told them I will never come in their Again. I will Be contacting the Health Department About This Location . Hope With Next Electing The Boarder Will Be Close!!!!

Clean, quick, and genuinely kind staff who walked around and even gave us extra chips and collected our trash. Food was so good. Wow! 5 star service. Best salsaritas I’ve ever been to. We will be back!!!

Kid-friendliness: 3 kids with us who had plenty of space to eat and “run”. Nice big windows for them to look out of while we finished eating.
