All the employees every time are GREAT, well trained, always attentive to your needs and satisfaction. They are open for lunch and dinner, Real business hours, Closed on Mondays
Shame on you for telling lies that the west location was closed permanently and would not be opening again when I called yesterday. That shows your character. Sam and Andy's west location will and always has been the original and best one. Team John

Top tier burger. Bun was surprisingly notably good. Bacon was freshly cooked. Crinkle cut fries. Perfect lunch!

Got carry out tonight… was a little suspicious since I grew up being such a fan of the Sam and Andy’s in Farragut, but the Sam and Andy’s at Bex Hill DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! The employee was so engaging and friendly. The food was prepared so quickly… and super delicious!!! I’ll be back!

I love Sam & Andy’s and did go there often for lunch…I am very disappointed they have now closed for lunch every day but Friday and the weekend. Probably won’t have very many chances to go there now 😩

The atmosphere itself is a little bland, but I don't really care about that. The service was amazing and the burger, tenders, and fries were award winning! We definitely have another trip there on the horizons!!
Came in last Saturday about 4. Floor completely sticky. Ordered a vol burger with drink and a sour dough grilled cheese with drink. Two vanilla shakes. 52$. The burger came out well done and cold at the same time as the grilled cheese. Only way thats physically possible is if the burger is precooked. I was excited to have a Sam and Andy's close to home. But I'll pass next time.

The Bexhill Burger I ordered was pretty bland. Both the burger and fries tasted completely unseasoned. Unfortunately, at $15 for a meal, Sam & Andy's just isn't worth it.

Actually the food was EXCELLENT. The issue was that we were all brought our food at separate times. My friend waited over 20 minutes and was served last.
