Food is always great. Fries are perfect and best ranch dressing in the state.
Awesome food and large portions.
First time there. Hoagie was barely steamed. I like steamed and steamed again. The Kingston Pike location knows how to do a hoagie. The fries were mediocre. I loved their crinkle cut ones fixed crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Someone here doesn't know tradition of Sam and Andy's. They have a picture of the first location but way far from that quality. No talking with the staff. Just some cute but timid high school kids
Good burgers
If you like gnats flying all over your food while you’re trying to eat then this is the place for you. Brought it to the manager’s attention and he couldn’t have cared less
Very clean and friendly staff! Had a vol burger and onion rings, just a good classic style meal. Big size portion I was stuffed. Next time definitely want to try their shakes
It's a really nice restaurant. Friendly staff, great portions, and fantastic burgers and onion rings!
As expected the Food, service et all was exemplary. Thank you Chris and company
Everything
Everytime we go to eat the staff is amazing! Great service, very professional, and excellently priced. Not to mention, the kids LOVE the ice cream bar! Highly recommend Sam and Andy Bexhill!

Great burgers and fries. Very generous portions too!!!
This whole establishment is amazing!
Absolutely horrible service and food! I will never order here again in my life! Very rude people.
Not the best experience! Love the Farragut one, but not this one! Been going to Sam And Andys since the 70s on the strip at UT. They had the best deli sandwiches ever, but I cannot say the same for the ones at Bexhill!!! It’s pretty outrageous when you order two sandwiches that come with french fries and it’s $32. Not happy. Very expensive for the quality. They got the order wrong as well! Put mustard on one and didn’t use dark bread as ordered. How can the quality be so different between the two restaurants in Farragut and Bexhill??? Wont be back and it’s one mile from my house!! I doubt they will last! Go to Farragut for the best experience everyone!! Pickles were mixed into tons of Mayonsise. The sandwich was wet and soggy!
Me and hubby popped in here starving and it hit the spot. The loaded cheese fries are some of the best and the burgers were great.
