they do not know how to process refunds I purchased a meal and Dumplings. after i paid, i saw that the Dumplings did not look fresh (they looked very dry). i did not take any Dumplings and asked for a refund the casher asked to insert my credit card. later on, i looked at my credit card statement and saw that instead of processing a refund, the casher charged me for the Dumplings again I'm asking for the refund for the original order and for the amount that i was charged again instead of a refund 9.37 x 2 = total $18.74. P.S. per their request sent an email. no response

Used to be my favorite Japanese place!! Customer service horrible. Ordered my husband and I chicken and beef teriyaki, both of our rice was hard. My husband ate it but it makes me gag. I told him i couldn’t eat it it was so nasty, he took my chicken teriyaki and went and asked for a refund or a new one and the lady got an attitude with him, took my plate with chicken, rice, and yum yum sauce, and gave my husband back a small box of rice, no chicken, no yum yum sauce. Didn’t even get what I paid for and can’t get a refund?? We will not be returning here unless this is made right.

Updating my old review. What happened? They werent busy on a rainy Saturday, i see why. Chicken was good but the fried rice was terrible. Veggies were old and cold. I'll try again in a few weeks but if it's not better, I'll move to something else.

Great food and customer service. We came in right before closing and the food we got was fresh and they gave us extra chicken. 10/10 would recommend this place..the teriyaki chicken is amazing.

Me an my daughter have been coming here for many years , we come about 3 times a week . I always ordered teraki no vegetables a get extra sauce on the side like 2 cups well here recently the Chinese lady started charging me .50 cent a cup for extra sauce fine I’ll pay it no big deal ! But she’s always rude to us she will take our order an then hurry down to the other side to put our sauce on on trays knowing the men down at that end does that ! I’ve watched while eating she only does that to us ! But today I come an order 2 chick tearkai small drink an she rings me up and I get to other end an they hand me one tray I said no this isn’t right I ordered two terakis she starts yelling at me her face turns red like she wanted to fight me kept saying I said I wanted extra chicken in the 10 yrs I’ve been coming here an they kno my face , I have NEVER ASK FOR EXTRA CHICKEN ‘ she is very rude an unpolite , I ask to speak to the mgr. he is very nice but he isn’t here at the moment ! I drive a hour to come here an I will not be treated like this by a Chinese woman who can understand ENGLISH ! I even looked at my daughter 8 years old she wanted extra tray not chicken !! I will not stop until this Chinese witch is working some where else ! She need to learn manners !!!!!

Ordered online to pick up, when we got there they told us they did not have what we ordered available. I would like to know why we were not notified of this after we drove 30 minutes to get there. Also, no refund was made. They would not assist. There was no way to ask for a refund online so I am out the money. But the main aggravation was I literally paid for their mistake

I’ve gotten food poisoning from this place. Decided to give it another go years later… they couldn’t get my order completely right and then wanted to see my receipt after I waited forever for my food. I told them never mind since my husband already sat down with our kids and he had the receipt. I told the guy at the register twice what I wanted and he still didn’t get it right. Sure enough it wasn’t even rang up right either. The line was super long too. I don’t understand that since the food was pretty bland.
