Friendly cats and staff! The smell of cat pee was stronger than the other cat cafes I’ve been to. The cleaning chemicals are also on an open shelf on the main cat room. Overall, we enjoyed our visit here and love their mission of taking care of Knoxville cats!
Talk about a cat lovers heaven🥰! If you haven't been here, you should definitely go!! This woman and her helpers running this place are just precious, kind and friendly! I was looking to adopt a second cat, but I wanted to see how they interacted with others -- so a cat cafe was perfect! I ended up adopting two (oops!), but that was in part because my experience as Scruffy's was awesome. The kitties have lots of space and toys, plus plenty of couches for nap time.
