When we received our check, there was a 3% convenience charge added for anyone that uses a debit or credit card which they don’t bother to ever mention but instead circle the fee amount on your bill when they bring it to you. We frequent a lot of restaurants in Knoxville and that is the first encounter we’ve had with a convenience fee. Food was great though.

We eat here all the time, and tonight was the worst service we have ever had here. It took 2 hours to get appetizers and entrées and checked out. We arrived at 530 there was only 3 other tables at the time and we were a party of 6, he got drinks taken care of when we arrived and we ordered appetizers. We had been done with the appetizers (another waitress cleared the plates) and made multiple attempts to get our waiters attention and had to wait until he was walking by to take food to the table that came in 20 minutes behind us, my husband had to ask him if he could take our orders. At this point, we had been here for right at an hour. After we had finished eating we were going to get dessert, seeing as we were celebrating my birthday, but when the time hit 7:20, we had to stop him as he was going to a other table to ask him to get the checks ready and then finally get out of there at 7:30. Also if you were not aware Seasons now charges 3 percent of your check as a convenience fee if you pay with a credit or debit card. One of our checks for 3 people was $115, and the other check for 3 people was $140. It's a little ridiculous to charge a convenience fee, especially since it doesn't cost them anywhere near the amount they collect from the fees to run credit or debit cards. Not even money hungry walmart charges you to pay with a card.
Seasons! One of our favorite place to eat in Knoxville, hands down! Amazing and beautiful food that is fresh and seasonal. My favorite season, here? Winter! The Beet Salad is something out of this world! But come year-round, and enjoy their cuisine! The hamburgers alone, will keep you coming back for more!

Went there yesterday evening and I'm really impressed with the bar and the food. Had no idea something like chicken fingers could be that good. Also highly recommend the crab cake sandwich. I'll def be going back up there. The bartenders were great and treated everyone like old friends.
