We drive through Knoxville and found this amazing little gem! Josh at the counter was so fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and cared so much about customers and his food. We had the Bahn Mi and the KFC with fries, coleslaw and cucumber salad. Everything was surprising and delicious. I would give Josh more stars if I could. We came to downtown to get BBQ and left way happier than if we had found it!

I got the pork bulgogi tacos with rice, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in my 9 years in Knoxville. I highly recommend!!! I will be back!

I love this place for their rice cakes but today I ordered from Uber eats and I spent $70 on beef bulgogi, rice cakes, and a drink. I didn’t receive the drink and the food was small portions for what I paid and bulgogi was dry and lacked flavor. Not as happy as I’d like to be given I spent $70 to get this food I wanted so badly.

My visit of Seoul brothers was an absolute delight! As a lover of Korean cuisine, this place exceeded my expectations. The bibimbap was nothing short of amazing. The combination of flavors and textures in this traditional dish was perfectly balanced, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy. The fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in preparation truly stood out. Now, let's talk about innovation. The Korean fusion hot chicken burger was a revelation. The fusion of Korean spices with the classic burger concept was a flavor explosion in every bite. The juicy chicken, the hint of spice, and the crispy fries on the side made it a satisfying and unique culinary experience. If you're a fan of Korean cuisine or looking to explore exciting fusion options,i'll definitely be returning for more flavorful adventures!

I am Korean and ordered the bibimbop (bop bowl). Food was ready pretty quickly and seems fresh, the beef was good. I grew up eating home cooked Korean food and think I am pretty open-minded to variety and Asian fusion foods; however I was not a fan of the lime cilantro rice. I normally eat all the rice I can fit in my belly but I actually had rice leftover bc I just was not a fan of it- it tasted sour to me. Other than that my experience was good so I would go back to try some of their other menu items that don’t involve that rice.

Food was ok, overpriced, the fried tofu was crunchier than croutons and saltier then salt.

These guys have GREAT food!!! We tried the OG KFC, Q-Ban, Mandu Dumplings and the Seoul Fries. The flavor profile was spectacular, and the fries are a must. The only reason they are not getting a 5-star review is because they messed up the OG sandwich. The chicken in the sandwich was too small, and was obviously very old (was almost closing time), the chicken was very tough and hard to eat. But the flavor of the sandwich, the bun, the slaw was great, so it was unfortunate they messed up the sandwich with all that was going for it.Saying all that, if you like Korean food, this is the place to go.

Korean posh. You pick an entree (1 of 4), then select your protein (1 of 6).Tonight, I had the Taco Plate with bulgogi. The lime rice is ok, the bulgogi meat was very good. Unfortunately, the Taco toppings kind of masked the meat.Pros: Good but limited selection, friendly staff, the eating area.Cons: Price, it isn't cheap. To get a cup of water, you have to go to the bar.. ? anywaysVegetarian options: You can order any dish with no meat

The Beef Bulgogi was absolutely amazing! One of the best meals. Just enough spice and so much flavor. Can’t say enough good things. The lady working there was very nice and helpful. And there are so many gluten free options. Great food, will be back to try all of it.

This food was absolutely incredible!!!! So flavorful and perfectly seasoned. We loved our experience and the only downfall we experienced was at a the bar onsite. We live 3 hours away but we have plenty of plans to come back just for this food.

Went in today for lunch to Marbel City Market and went with Seoul Brothers. The girl at the counter couldn't have been more helpful. She explained everything and was so sweet. After speaking with her I went with the OG KFC sandwich. It was sweet spicy breaded bbq chicken goodness. The cheese crusted fresh soft brioche bun was next level. The crunchy Asian slaw was a perfect complement flavor to the spicy Korean BBQ sauce. A real flavor explosion of complimentary flavors. I got cucumber sprout salad as a side and it was seriously good. Crunchy with spicey and sweet flavors with a little background heat. I really enjoyed this salad a lot. My girl got the same thing but she got fries. I'm not a big coated fry guy but these are outstanding. They were fantastic and I ate a lot of hers. She also got fried rice and it was spicy and fresh. It was different and I did like it but was my least favorite of the meal. We stepped outside of the box and it payed off with this meal. It was a very enjoyable lunch and I would go back again. I highly recommend Seoul Brothers.Parking: Sunday street parking is free at metered spots and several were available.
