Locally owned biz in a growing area with a great menu (including vegan options), friendly people, and a patio. All the wins.

I called to place a to go order. They let me know they can’t do that?!?! I was going out of my way to try to this restaurant….. I had to call back because it just takes you to Facebook and to yelp. When I asked where to go and she explain. I said there’s really no way for you to just take my order over the phone? She responded again no and when I went to respond to TRY to tell her. “That really makes me not want to do businesses at all.” I only got out “that really” before she hung up on me. I wasn’t even really trying to be rude. I was trying to say that for whoever owns this place. Definitely will not be dining here. Maybe if she didn’t hang up on me, I would overlook this ridiculous rule and when I was able to dine in or had time to wait I would, not now. Which is sad bc they probably have great burgers…… but there are plenty of other burger joints that take to go orders over the phone and don’t have rude employees You would think they would want business. Who has a policy AND attitude like that?

Horrible service. We joined our friends here for lunch and the waiter completely ignored us when we only arrived 5 minutes later. We then asked for menus which he gave us, but after asking multiple tables around us outside if they needed anything (they all said they had been served and didn’t need anything) we ask to order and he says I have to many tables go inside. Even though we were sitting with our friends who he had as their table. he then proceeds to sit a 6 person table AFTER us and take all their orders. I understand having to many tables but maybe say something before passing us menus and after 30minutes telling us to go inside. we ordered inside for takeout instead but weren’t told how we get it if we’re outside, the rest of our friends being served didn’t get there drinks for over 20mins and it was not busy here. Food is good but terrible service that makes you not want to come back!

Total WASTE OF MONEY ‼️ Holly the MANAGER informed me that my $40 purchase wasn’t worth it being correct ! I called to inform the store that two of my 3 burgers were not correct MISSING KEY INGREDIENTS & I could not get my burger remade the correct way ! This was terrible customer service and on top of that my burger had the nerve to be DRY. Needless to say I won’t be back , this is why small business don’t last ! She could have easily replaced my burgers exspecially for a first time customer who burger you admitted wasn’t made correctly. I ordered the PONY UP BURGER , you tell me if it looks anything like the picture . No chipotle aioli or onion strings , the main reason we ordered the burger ??

This was honestly the best dining out experience I have had in a long time. First of all, we were greeted with a very friendly young man behind the bar. We told him we wanted to sit outside and he immediately provided menus and told us to make ourselves comfortable outside. We chose a picnic table on the side and it provided adequate shade as well as ample space for the kids to run around while we waited. This was the best part. The kids ran around while we waited—which was the most family friendly aspect that is missing from a lot of places. I ordered the rim reaper and my husband ordered the hangover. Kids got the chicken tenders and the hamburger. The waiter also provided a high chair for the baby. Food arrived and was amazing. The heat on the reaper was perfection. I ordered a side of chipotle aioli as well as the garlic and the chipotle was our favorite for the fries. So good. The beef for the burger was top quality. Very well cooked and seasoned. Cherry on top was the tunes being played as they leaned very heavy on 90’s grunge and was pleasant to listen to. Not too loud for this kids. I mean… I am born and raised East Tennessee and this is my new favorite spot.

Parking: Parking available on the side and was not difficult to find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: Excellent for kids. Space to run around if you choose to dine outside.

We decided to order takeout from here since it was close to our house & the menu looked appealing. We tried to call for about 1/2 an hour but never got an answer, so we just walked in to place our order. We had the spinach feta dip, a side of the fancy Mac n cheese, & a kid burger w/fries. The burger & fries were good enough, but unfortunately the dip & the Mac n cheese were completely overwhelmed by the taste of garlic. It literally tasted like each small container had 2-3 whole cloves in them. It was all we could taste. In fact, they both tasted the same. Just GARLIC. Nearly unpalatable. I hate to say this, because I’m all for supporting new, small businesses in our area, but I wanted to write an honest review. There are many ppl struggling financially right now (including us) so it’s terribly disappointing to spend money on food that you can’t eat. We will probably give it a try again, but stick to simple burgers & fries.

I got the patriot burger and fries to go, the flavor was there but there was so much salt on the burger and fries I could not finish it. It was as if they were purposely trying to kill me. If I ate here again I would request no salt on my items.
