I usually order online. It's simple, convenient, and just a few blocks from where I work. The prices are incredible. That is one of my favorite aspects of that place. The food is delicious and tasty..

Went for a late lunch today and sat at a table on the patio. Guess I blended into the background. Someone was waiting tables to my right and someone else my left. After waiting for a while and being told twice someone would be with me just left. It’s a shame too because was looking forward to what has always been great food and a few beers to go along.

Edited for clarity: We never got to try the food or see the atmosphere! They would not take our order over the phone!
My wife and I were excited to try this place out. We finally decided to give them a call today (9/26/2025 at around 11:45 a.m.) on the way to drop our kitties off for a vet appointment (super convenient as they are located right across the street from our vet). Staff answered the phone and when we asked to place a to go order they advised us to go orders were on line only! Seems like a terrible way to bring in customers. To bad, and there are plenty of other burger options in Knoxville if they don’t want to take our order.

If the owners attitude is to not trust the competency of their employees to take a burger order over the phone and that potential customers are lazy simply because they want to place an order from the business in the greatest possible American tradition of placing food orders (by phone!), all I can say is “shrug”. I guess insulting people over an honest take instead of trying to rectify something so simple is one way to run a business….

This place rocks! Staff is always so friendly! And whoever is throwing down the burgers in the back knows what they are doing! Burgers, chicken sandwiches, buffalo chicken ragoons all amazing!

This place was beyond awesome, food and drinks were great along with the awesome service from my waiter Lex!! It was my first time eating and visiting this establishment and I definitely say it's 10/10.. I had the Spinach dip with feta and I definitely recommend this appetizer. And I had the Pony up burger w/fries.. 10/10 recommend.. I will definitely be returning.. Thanks for the awesome service again Lex..

I love the food here so much. The Rangoon’s and fried pickles are amazing, every sandwich I’ve had here is so yummy and the staff is always super sweet.
Can you PLEASE fix your to-go ordering system? I have tried multiple times to order online, only to get bogged down in security codes, online menu issues and confusion. I’ve called the restaurant directly and tried to make an order, only to be told that I have to back to the online system. I’ve never experienced a restaurant that straight up refuses to take an order over the phone.
Why can’t I call and place an order over the phone? I’m happy to use the online system if it works, but it doesn’t.

Service was friendly, but not accurate & also slow. Forgot my drink, (just went to the bar myself eventually to get), and brought the wrong side of which she apologized & acknowledged, but didn't care to correct. Burger was ok, fries good, garlic flavor on chicken sandwich was too overwhelming to enjoy the sandwich. It was so strong, I still tasted in my mouth all the way home. Buffalo chicken rangoons were ok, but another item we felt didn't live up to the hype. Think there's potential, but found no reason to return.

Waitstaff nice and helpful. Burgers great! My group had Swiss Come True, The Patriot and The Hangover. All well prepared and delicious.

We loved this place. My husband heard about it on Knoxville Foodies. It didn’t disappoint. Sat outside and so pleasant and seating was actually comfortable and lots of it. Hand made mozzarella sticks were divine and the hamburgers were hand patted and also delicious. I tried the Ice Pick drink which was smooth and fantastic and my husband had a Sevierly old fashioned and he thoroughly enjoyed them. All around a great visit to a new venue

Excellent burgers! I had the “Pony Up” burger and it was fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Fries were just okay, but the burger more than made up for it. We sat outside, which was a nice vibe, though there were a lot of gnats that evening. Zackary was our server and he was great—friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Went for dinner with my wife, sister, and brother-in-law, and we all enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere, great service, and definitely worth checking out.
