Shoney's - Rutledge Pike

Shoney's helps me remember things🪻. The salad bar is always what I want.. and a burger but with broccoli instead of fries. It greatly helps to stay calm when we travel. Also, the Shoney's parking lots with lots of parking are a breath of fresh air.

What I'd expect from a Shoney's. I come here often.

The restaurant has definitely seen better days. A deep clean of the entire property is in order. The table service was acceptable, but the woman at the food bar was a bit rude. The bar had both breakfast and lunch at the time of our visit. The breakfast was limited, but very good! Lunch was a different story altogether. Every dish was either unseasoned and flavorless or downright horrible. I actually spit out the meat they were trying to pass off as 'sausage with peppers'. My friend and daughter had a salad and the lettuce had been frozen, thawed and served. Both got a chunk of bacon bits glued together with congealed drippings.

Perhaps the menu items are of better quality, but we won't be returning to find out. 🤮

I came here for a Thanksgiving dinner from the buffet, and the food was delicious! The staff was very kind, especially my waitress who was also very great!

Sherese was our server for lunch today..I choose this Shoneys over all the ones in Knoxville...food is always good a them. The Rutledge Pk Shoneys is always a friendly environment. Hospitality is a really good thing. Thanks to all here gor practicing good Hospitality.

Love Shoney's! This location is nice, and Mrs. Rachel is absolutely awesome! She truly helped us with a birthday party after another restaurant said no last minute. The staff was so helpful and it turned out great!

Didn't go to shoneys....

This is one of the cleanest, fresest, well-kept bars for a shoneys buffet. The bar attendant worked nonstop to keep everything stocked, stirred, and clean. Nothing went undone on his bar. Our
server was friendly but MIA for long periods of time. However, other servers and even the manager checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Out of the 4 Shoneys in our area, this one is the best.

I would never eat here again! The lady that refills the food took a rag and wiped around the scrambled eggs that were spilled outside the dish by someone and scooped them back into the serving dish. Just look at the sticky seats, with stained old ketchup and the nasty bathroom and it will give you the full picture.

Response to owner: I immediately told a waitress that was standing right there by the warmers. She later came over and told us that they had placed fresh eggs on the warmer. But by then we were not going to go back to the salad bar. We paid and left. The manager never came to see us.

Shantea not sure how it's spelled is the best server . Food was delicious.
