If you want authentic Mexican food, I suggest trying Taco Bell instead. My chicken fajita quesadilla was made with grilled, unseasoned chicken and, like, Colby Jack cheese? Not a single grain of any spice outside of salt to be tasted; the kind of place your white granny can come to and comment about how it's so good (but only if your grandma is the sort to like boiled chicken, unseasoned rice, and other flavorless foods). 100% the whitest Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I know y'all cater to the college crowd, but this was so underwhelming that I can't put it into words. Pretty sure I could make something that tasted more authentic if I had access to a McDonald's kitchen. Waste of $15. Still tipped 25% though because I'm not a monster, I'm just sad this place was so mid.

Went here for a quick lunch today. Ordered the Birria Quesatacos. Now as far as representation 10/10 looked great but the flavor was lacking big time. Everything was so bland so that was disappointing. Salsa also tasted like Pace salsa so that was a no go. Definitely lack luster.

Decided to try this restaurant this evening, due to proximity and wanting to try something new. The quality of the food I was given was terrible and lacking taste/flavor. It was also a reflection of poor customer service for multiple meals they gave less than half of a small Bag of chips, and a tiny cup of salsa, which was not enough. I ordered Birria tacos and the consume I received was Nasty and extremely red. The taco shells themselves were burnt, not the normal crisp but overly burnt. Really disappointed because that was our dinner and now we have to find new options due to the quality of food we received.

Food was fresh and delicious. The chicken was perfectly season with good heat that was not overbearing at all. The Bahama drink had a good blend of alcohol and mix. Best part was the customer service. I left there to go back to work on campus and left my wallet there on accident. They had it and I tried to give them a reward. The gentleman that was the host did not want anything. Really good people.

the food was okay, but we waited for about 45 minutes for our table and some how (??) they sat another party at our table assuming that they were us (don’t know why they didn’t check) it was a friend’s birthday dinner and he already had felt bad for making us wait and rather than trying to get us at the next available table, they sat us outside in 53 degree weather and feels like the low 40’s

Silvia's is a fantastic casual Mexican spot near the university. All of the food and ingredients taste super fresh, and your entrees are always ready quickly! A great choice!

Yes! No waiting! Got right in. Ordered Texas enchiladas with onions. Yummm!!! Chips and salsa were very tasty. Plenty of free parking near Publix grocery store. Over an hour wait at another place to eat. We went on a Sunday after church. Very much looking forward to our next visit.Edit1: Empanada! Spinach cheese dip! Pollo Loco chicken breast in a bed of rice. Veggie enchiladas. Chips and salsa were very good! Wife says drinking straws need to be longer. Server was great also!

EVERYTHING from it being clean & organized was was above satisfactory!! Except the restrooms. (they have those single person kind ducked off in a hidden corner) And the positioning of the main doors allow gusts of wind throughout half the restaurant Everytime someone opens them. They are somewhat pricey though.Vegetarian options: Not a wide variety, but enough u can enjoy, eat, get full!!Parking: parking is somewhat away from restaurant and crowded @ times but it's sufficientKid-friendliness: A great fit for kids from menu to atmosphere. And high chairs, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessible parking & entry/exit

The food is not authentic. Mexican food is more like texmex. I ordered the Chile colorado, and the sauce was blended and not spicy, and we also ordered enchiladas . It wasn't busy at the time. I counted 5 tables, and the food took a long time. The hostess was a guy who had his shirt halfway unbuttoned it was gross.

The beef empanada was amazing: tasty, lots of meat, and yummy sauces for dipping. I could have made a meal of them. My wife had the barbacoa tacos, which were delicious and ample. I had the Mexican flag enchiladas (beef, chicken, cheese) and all three were great, but the cheese was outstanding. Washed everything down with jumbo too shelf margaritas. Our server was awesome: there when we needed her, but never rushing us.

Salsa tasted like tomato sauce out of a can. The entrees were 3 star. Food took awhile but we didn’t mind waiting as the food was good. 3 stars for the salsa which a Mexican restaurant should master and the extended wait.
