Well, we gave this place another go around and it just was bad on so many levels. Service was good, food......not so. Burgers tasted frozen, store bought, and way overcooked. I would suggest putting at least a grill out back to char broil. Cheese was lost in there somewhere. Bread and veggies were fresh. Wife had a fish sammy, though not fried had a potato store bought mushy taste. Desert was good , now that was homemade.UPDATE: There were only 2 young girls present last nite, what entire staff?? Owner was NOT there. They asked how I liked the food and all I said was it was just Okay. That was not rude or disrespectful in any way. I was just giving an honest review.UPDATE: I said nothing about the service or the teenager who waited on us. You need to read these reviews more carefully. And if you did the cooking? You need to hire a real cook. And if you were really there, the cashier wouldn't of been crouched down by the register texting while customers were waiting to pay there bill.

First time in. Great food! Friendly staff! My husband refers to me as the pickiest eater on earth, but I found at least three different sandwiches I wanted to try. I had the Snowbird, and I will be back to have it again!?

Holy cow. I wish there was a 6 star option for the flatbread pizza I had. I am from NY and this pizza blew everything I had out of the water. I call it the meat and cheese mega flatbread pizza. Order it with marinara, ham, bacon, pepperoni, banana peppers, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese and tell them you like it cheesy. Amazing food and a great atmosphere. I definitely support anybody that supports our troops as well.

We are here from Nashville and found this place on line. We highly recommend it! It’s clean, with great service, great tunes and great food! The chef salad was fresh and my Handsome Harry panini sandwich was made on very tasty sourdough bread. They have a great menu and are good people. Stop in!

This place is A M A Z I N G!! I’ve tried several things, each one absolutely delicious. The Sparks is my all-time fav, I could probably eat it daily. The staff is so sweet, they make you feel like family. If you’ve not tried Smilin’ Jacks, you’re truly missing out!

I wanted to say a big “thank you” to your staff today. I have been recovering from wisdom teeth surgery (in my 40s) for 2 weeks now. I was so sick of jello and mashed potatoes, so my husband recommended I look at your menu- I’ve been craving chicken or tuna salad. I opted for your Jackie-O Trio, and when we ordered online, I asked if it would be possible to get a slice of soft bread to go with it in lieu of crackers since I still can’t have those or chips due to my surgery.When the delivery came, not only did I get the bread which was so nice, I got got this wonderful “Get Well” message on my food container.I was so touched, I teared up a little. This has been a very hard recovery for me, and it meant so much that you all were willing to substitute the bread, but the sweet note was just above and beyond.It was so nice to have some real, great tasting food that I could eat! My husband shared his tomato soup that came with your four cheese grill cheese as well. It was delicious!Thank you so much for taking the extra few minutes to be kind. It sincerely made my day!❤️❤️
Food is good but prices are too high for what you get. I left still hungry! Would go back if they lower their prices!

Love, love, love this place. Tracy (the owner), Katie (waitress) and all other staff are amazing. Food is oh so good, especially The Big Rabb. Ooey, gooey grilled cheese and Chicken and dumplings (Fridays) are mmmmmm, mmmmmm good!!! Don't forget about the baked goodies. I had both the Peanut butter pie (really rich) and chocolate pound cake (super moist). It's out of our way, but I'll definitely be back. Thanks Tracy for a wonderfully tasting meal, the smiling faces, and great customer service.

Today, was our first visit to Smiling Jacks! Great food, reasonable prices, I highly recommended this restaurant! The only recommendation I would have for the owners is to invest in a second oven due to the popularity of the restaurant, and maybe a few more tables.
