This location has the best overall customer service experience on Friday April 26, 2024 at 12:45pm. I order two pizzas Togo and they both were hot and delicious. The young man cashier was truly kind and very helpful. He made sure my to go order was perfect.

This place obviously does not drug test. The delivery drivers they have sent recently look to be high AF. They have friends in the car and act like they are casing your house to come back and rob you. The food is ok but the sketchy people they have delivering isn’t worth it. I tried it a couple times and more than one driver has been a problem running into my fence and just driving like an idiot.

My order came and it was wrong. I called, no answer. I emailed them with no response then emailed again a week later with no response. So I had food I couldn't eat and no one would contact me back. I emailed the corporate customer service twice with pictures of my receipt and pictures of the food that came STILL with no response. Don't order here, it's not worth it. If corporate doesn't care the employees sure won't care either.

Snappy is our favorite pizza place, and the food is always great, but our experience today just really took the cake. We called in a delivery order for 2 pizzas. When our pizza was delivered, we were confused as to why we only had one. Our delivery driver was very kind in explaining that it seemed there was a communication issue over the phone, and we only got rung up for one pizza. We understood, and didn't think too much of it because stuff happens. Shortly after, we received a text from Matt at Snappy, letting us know that they were going to drive back out to us to bring us the second pizza that we ordered.We've always had good experiences with this location, but the way that they take care of their customers is just above and beyond, and so much appreciated.

The only thing o don't like is they charge a convenience fey to use your card. Who does that? And who doesn't use a card. But I purposely brought cash so I didn't have to pay it. But where's the convenience in
