Awful customer service. Sat at drive through talk box for over 12 minutes with no greeting from anyone inside. They then asked if i had a mobile order and i said no and then asked me to hold on. Sat another 8 minutes before being helped. Id rather drive 30 minutes to the nearest cookout

The food and service was awful. They forgot a drink and all the condiments, food was cold, chicken was to hard to chew, the coney was cold barely had any chili, bun was pieced together. Was just a very bad meal and experience.

Waiting for minutes at drive thru and had to holler to get service. Had to give order multiple times. Order was still wrong and boy gave US attitude when we tried t9 ask for what we ordered. We ordered 3 things. ALL 3 WHERE WRONG. NEVER GO HERE.

Extraordinarily disappointed by the “Oreo” blast and “grape” slush. Neither has the proper mix-ins, and the shush in particular was a sickly grey color.

This has to be the absolute worst place to get anything to eat in the entire city of Knoxville.
It always takes a long time to actually get food. It’s probably not going to be your order, but you’ll get something.
Burgers are normally handed out at room temperature. Tots and/or fries are cold and hard all too often.
Half the time you only have 2 people working inside, the other(s) will be outside smoking instead of working.
It’s honestly a hard decision between eating in Springfield, OH and this place.

This has happened every visit we ordered a medium m&m blast and a medium Reese’s blast extra m&m and Reese’s in both paid for it and it’s all in the top inch of the cup they never mix it up it’s not extra either you pay for it but don’t get it they just put a little extra on top to look like it has extra heard this store was under new management was hoping it would get better apparently not will not be back

I would have given more than 3 stars on service since they walk it out to you and the lady was very nice but I can't. They forgot my mozzarella sticks and I paid for them. Also the onion rings were old and stale. This is why I never go to sonic.

I went to get a bag of ice and they said you can’t get ice here?!? I asked for a cup of ice and they said NO. I have bought ice from sonic locations ALL THE TIME and the sonic website for that location said I could get a cup of ice…. Always something..

Placed a mobile pick-up order for two soft drinks. Waited over 15 minutes for them and only a handful of cars were there. I mean, I understand orders placed first are set at a high priority especially even orders like the drive thru orders coming first can make sense, but I mean come on. It was literally just two soft drinks.
