Everytime I go there’s usually 1 to no cars and yet everything takes 15-20 min on top of a bad attitude. it takes 5 min just for someone to acknowledge you the only person in the drive through. Today I drove around to make sure they weren’t closed bc no one was saying anything and pulled back in and got an answer. I said can I get a number 9 and she said idk can you.

It's unbelievable how consistently bad this place is. It's not possible to visit at any time of day that they're open and not wait at least 20 minutes to be served (even if you're just ordering drinks!). It's like they have one person working at all times, who takes the order, makes the order, rings you up, and delivers the order. That's how slow it is. I don't know if they have a staffing issue or a work ethic issue. But it's BAD.

I hope Sonic corporate takes note of this location because it's not even worth keeping open at this point. It's barely hanging on and gives other well run locations a bad name.

Waited over 30 minutes and finally just went through the drive through and my food was ready and already cold. Ice had melted in the drink and everything. Worst experience ever.

Management is so kind and runs a good crew. Food is what we expected, fresh and hot! Red head employee so sweet, they always remember us and are so sweet to my daughter!!! Love this sonic and you guys do a great job!!!

Placed online order at 8:34, arrived at 8:42, received food at 9:23. No apologies for the wait, 3 employees working but only 1 making orders while 1 walked around outside/inside eating ice cream and the other decided sweeping and taking out the trash was necessary during the rush. Finally got the food and didn't get the right drink or the dipping sauce. Last time going to this location, will drive the extra few minutes to Schaad Rd which might actually be quicker as this has happened multiple times at this location.

By far worst restaurant I've ever been at. Pulled over to eat a hotdogs with mustard and ketchup. Immediately threw it up. The manager and her friend were sitting outside. She was passive aggressive called me sweetie and said it was my fault and then turned around saying she made it herself it couldn't be. Never asked to make me a new hotdogs or provide a service. This is called borderline personality and I have only been to sonic once but I've worked as a manager in a nice restaurant. I will be calling the health department

Ordered two shakes with the Sonic App. Went to store to pick up and they said they didn't have ice cream so not able to fill my order. Still got charged for it and have to send a ridiculous amount of info to Sonic to get my $7 back. Like $7 is going to break up Sonic...Probably will end up refuting the charge on my credit card for no services rendered cause it's easier....What an awful experience...

I love a restaurant where I can actua. See order what I want instead of Only being sold garbage breakfast until ten o'clock. Sonic gives me the freedom to whatever food I want whenever I want it. Thank you sonic. I love you.

I pressed the red button to order food at 9:50ish pm on 5/10 and I left around 10pm with no one even attempting to take my order. The employee i saw outside the building was talking to what I would assume is their friend(s). Im also going to assume that was the only employee there.
