I ordered food from this location through Door Dash today. Food was delivered in a timely manner, but my order was completely wrong. I ordered a burger and onion rings combo meal with a side order of cheddar peppers. Instead, I got onion rings, cheddar peppers and cheese sticks. How can someone confuse a burger for cheese sticks. This location is a joke and seems to be incompetent employees that can not read a simple order and tell the difference between a burger and cheese sticks. I will never order food from this location again. I even called to speak to the manager, and the manager sounded like he was 12 years old. Do us all a favor, hire competent people or close this location. This is not the first time I have had issues with this location.

My last online order experience was a total failure in customer service. After I arrived then waited 15+ minutes past the pickup time, I had to buzz them with red button to remind them...someone offered a weak apology...then a COLD cheeseburger was delivered to the car 30 seconds later. No offer of compensation & obviously the burger had just been sitting somewhere. ? Not likely I will return to this location.

Understaffed maybe? Long wait time. Looked like one employee was doing everything from cooking to taking orders and delivering orders to cars. Trash was overflowing the bins. Food tasted subpar, not fresh at all unfortunately. Would not recommend. The gentleman who was working was doing his best and was kind.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got two Ultimate Meat & Cheese Burritos and a Chili Cheese Tots. Our Burritos were freshly cooked...the best from Sonic I've had since well before 2020. Great job, folks!

This sonic always gives me issues. Between the app not letting you log in and the absolutely horrible customer service you might as well drive the extra miles for the other locations. Every single time I go here it makes my day worse.
I kinda just like Sonics food. This location is decent. I got the new garlic butter burger or whatever it's called. Not too bad. But you can always count on getting a great chili dog or tots! I personally don't care for the drinks with all the candies and stuff. But their milkshakes are no joke. I personally love a good hot fudge, peanut butter, banana, and bacon shake. Worth the extra money!

The store on Oakridge Hwy is in desperate need of more workers!! When you go there thru drive thru you wait to order then you wait to get your stuff. I went twice an it took altogether 25 min to go thru drive thru get someone to take your order an then get to window to get your stuff.
