Multiple bad experiences. We always have to wait a LONG time (20-30 minutes) & our order is always wrong. The last time our drinks tasted like cooking oil and we had to throw them away I was livid. The time before that our chicken sandwich was still frozen. They always forget our condiments (no sauce for the popcorn chicken, no marinera for the mozzarella sticks, & never ketchup). WORST SONIC EVER!!!

No Cinna-Snax, no Banana Splits, no desserts other than a “sundae” or “blasts”. I used parentheses because they’re basically the same thing as a milkshake, just thicker. No Hot Fudge brownie sundae or anything genuine. Call me old-school or old-fashioned, but when I worked for Sonic, it used to be worth going to. Now it’s just a Soda and Shake shop. They took away all the money-worthy food, but the fed-up employees didn’t change at least! Save the attitude for yourselves, not on the headsets where we can hear.

Got a different sandwich than what I ordered a few times. Ate it anyways because I only have so much time on my lunch break. Poor quality food. On occasion I just want to pickup a cherry limeade, they can manage that at least!

Do not waist your time going. 10 minutes in drive thru waiting for someone to take my order, no one did. Drive to the window and there's 2 workers just talking, I just drive away .

I had burger and fries and pepper bites. Every we got that was fried tasted like maple do you use the same oil for fring breakfast items. We were in Maryville tn. You need to check oil. Maple fries are to to good.

I ordered on the app to pickup at 12:30pm and arrived about that time. The only two items that I ordered were a medium fries with ketchup packets and a small Oreo master shake. I sat there until 12:50pm and watched everyone else get helped before me, and then they came out with only my fries and told me that they do not have any shakes today. I only ordered a shake because it is half price in the app today, which I find it pretty ridiculous that it is this early in the day and they are already out of shakes to begin with. She asked if I would like a blast instead, so I say yes I would like an Oreo blast. Well, the picture is what I received, which looked like it was meant for someone else that had been sitting out because they brought it out in only a minute or two and it already looked melted. Then I take a bit and it has fudge, Reese's, and cookie dough pieces mixed in, so after all that I didn't even get my replacement item correct. Also, this picture was taken before I took a bite of it, it was only 75% full to top it all off! Oh and also, they didn't put my ketchup in the bag that I ordered, as always. This is just a very disappointing experience considering I visit this Sonic very regularly. They could have told me much earlier that they couldn't make a shake instead of wasting my time and actually made the item I requested as a replacement fresh and correctly.

9/21 @ 430 : I sat in the stall for 10 min after pushing the button several times. I figured this would be a quick stop on my way home but I guess they are too busy to serve customers. I am not the type of person to leave a review but this was beyond horrid customer service...I called to ask if I needed to move thinking maybe the machine was tore up ...she asked me to hold (another 5 min?) And then just hung up the phone. Do better.

Edit after someone came out and wrote my order down I waited another 20 min .... ended up leaving because clearly they can't function well enough to sell someone a burger and fries

I come here quite a bit and you all have got to do something about the service . There's no reason someone has to wait 10min to even order their food through the drive thru and then another 10 to get the food watched 5 paying customers behind me leave and the only reason I stayed was because I waited too long to give up . It's sad that I have to drive to a different sonic to get decent service. Like this is an ongoing issue obviously judging by the other reviews . You all are literally losing money because of the people working .
