So limey…. She smiled while handing me my drink ( cuz she knew the amount of lime she put in that) I sipped it and boy did it make me pucker up. Tasting like a sour head candy. Diet cherry limeade…. Nothing cherry or diet about it…. Straight lime. Saw Jesus for a good second. Not good at all. All because I probably ordered a couple minutes before close what a rip off.

Me and my brother got two separate orders paid a fair amount of money and asked for a small cup of water they tried to c and then got mad after we ordered the... and then got mad after we ordered the food
Waited 20 minutes (we had only ordered a shake and ice cream) and finally decided we weren’t waiting anymore. It was late and they weren’t super busy, but for some reason we had to wait a long time. My husband hit the button to speak to someone. When she finally came on he asked for a refund. The lady (she said she was the manager, but we didn’t ask for the manager) was super rude. Instead of trying to make it right she just gruffly said she’s void our transaction (which she did). You all need to really work on your customer service there.

Placed ordered at 10:12 on the app. Had issues checking in so checked in at the drive thru, and they asked us to move to mobil order at all #1. After waiting for 20 minutes we checked in to see about an update. The girl said that someone else claimed the order, but then proceeded to bring us a cold bag of food. We asked to speak to a manager about getting the order remade. The manager asked for the receipt in the bag which wasn't there, asked for the name on the order then walked away without another word. Finally got the corrected order at 10:55. We waited for over 40 minutes for a fast food meal. The cherry on top... The order wasn't even completely correct! What an absolutely terrible experience. More than likely won't be returning simply due to the poor handling of the issue by the management staff. I know losing one customer in the scheme of things doesn't mean much, but customers (people in general) deserve to be treated with a bit more respect.

Tots are satire!! It is somewhat difficult to find a place to order tho and the wait is pretty long, depending on how packed it is, but normally at least a 10 minutes wait waiting for your food to arrive. There is seating outside in the middle, but no indide seating. There's also places to order outside of your car!

I'm a Big Sonic fan and I'm sad to have to give a less than great review. I walked up to dine today (Sunday) , went through the button-push system to order, waited 10 minutes.... Nothing. Talked to a car hop about ordering, but got barely a look from the gentleman, Then waited another 7 minutes before I decided to walk away. Sonic is better than this. I hope for this locations future....🫤

Received the incorrect order and the car hop ran off too fast for me to correct him. I pressed the button to ask for the correct order and after five minutes of no one answering, I walked up to the guy who had delivered our food and informed him we received the incorrect order. Several minutes later I received the incorrect order again and when I stated it’s still incorrect he just said “we good now?” and walked off.

Tried ordering on the app. Got an error saying technical difficulties on their end. So I agree with the other person who left a review about their app not working. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
So, we went to order over the speaker instead. The lady was very polite but couldn’t hear my husband. So she asked him to speak louder. He opened his door to get closer to speaker and was speaking as loud as possible without yelling. Then, we went to go pay but touchscreen wasn’t very responsive. We just waited to give card to lady.
We couldn’t get strawberry shortcake drink because they had no ice cream or wasn’t working. I honestly don’t remember. No big deal. I guess that happens but disappointing.
One of the things we ordered was a plain hotdog. The lady who came out gave us one with everything on it instead (probably due to headset/speaker issues). Instead of just saying oh ok or whatever, the lady argued with my husband saying “well, that’s not what it said.” We wanted a plain hotdog so I don’t know what the point of that was other than annoying my husband further. He wasn’t even rude about it either. He just handed it back to her saying it was supposed to be plain. She did fix it and came back out with a plain hot dog.
Wasn’t a pleasant experience overall and will probably go to Lenoir location instead.

Since moving work locations, I've come to this sonic. At least two other times.Not very good service. I will say today whoever was in charge.I appreciate you for not making me wait thirty minutes on two cups of ice!! Service was exceptional thank you!!
