It started good but the food wasn'tgood at all. We got BBQ pork sandwiches and they weren't good at all. The shakes were just milk and the tenders were over cooked.

LOVE this location! It's super convenient to work - and, even when they're busy, they get your food done right and quickly!If you haven't tried the new Smasher, you really should! This location makes them so good! And their milkshakes are absolutely perfect!Highly recommend this location!

I really wish there was an option for 0 star rating. This particular sonic on Kingston pike by Costco is absolutely the worst place I've ever come across. The employees were standing and talking and laughing with each other and doing nothing to fulfill orders. Waited over 40 minutes for 3 drinks and one tator tot item. There were only 2 other cars waiting and one car complained after waiting for 30 minutes for 3 small desserts. When the sonic employee finally brought out the dessert it was completely melted, so she had them redo it. So the customers order had obviously been ready but they didn't feel the need to bring it out. Every single employee was just standing and not working and who ever was managing that evening should be fired. That type of service is poor management. From what I have heard this location has gotten lots of complaints and I'm surprised they are still in business! Seriously find another sonic location if you are craving something from their menu, but if you don't mind waiting forever and being treated rudely then that's the place to go!!

This sonic is actually one of the better ones around. Service was excellent. Food was hot and fresh.Kid-friendliness: Of course they have little bagged kid meal. They have nerd slushes and sonic Ice cream blasts. Kids, well my kids have always liked sonic because of there one day
