I'm done with this place. Came here 3 times over the past month. Thinking maybe they got better.
1st time the grills was down and my hotdogs tasted like they was fried. Tossed them.
2nd time I waited 48 minutes for a drink. Ended up hitting drive thru instead.
3rd time I'm here, and ordered a combo. Been here 15 minutes currently. 2 cars in the lot including mine. Haven't seen a single worker or runner.

Wont be back.

TL;DR: Avoid this location, especially for late-night delivery. Poor customer service and order accuracy issues.

I ordered from Sonic on 2/12/25 around 10 PM for delivery, and my experience was awful. My fries were half-filled, my double burger (which I paid extra for) was made as a single, my small hot dog was missing, and instead of getting a footlong with onions, we received a tray of tots covered in onions.

We contacted the delivery service for a replacement, even though we ordered delivery to avoid driving in the first place. When we arrived, a kind employee was willing to help, but while we waited, we could hear someone inside yelling at her—it was the night shift manager. She then came outside and started yelling at us, insisting the order wasn’t wrong and to check the receipt (which had never been attached to our order).

We had the receipt in our delivery app, but before we could show her, she walked away. The employee took it inside, and when she told the manager we had proof, the manager began screaming and cursing. She then refused to remake our order and called her supervisor. When I asked for the corporate number, it only made her angrier, and I was told to "just Google it."

So here I am, leaving this review after filing a complaint with corporate. This location has unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be returning.

This Sonic location is the worst of any I've been too. I've waited on my order for 20 min and thr drive in is literally empty. For food that really isn't that great, that's a long time to wait.

The last few times we come we ask for foot long chili coney hot dog with extra chili there not giving us extra chili
Last night I came at closing they fixed right but give us hard hot dog
We told them my husband has throat cancer he needs it soft for him to eat
This is best sonic than Kingston Pike I hate to stop coming there if they get things right

I've only come to this location twice and both times I've waited a minimum of +15, even 20 minutes past the estimated ready time for my mobile order. Both times there were very little cars in the lot, almost none in the drive thru, yet the service is essentially a turtle race. This time, the order came out the way it is and the person delivering them to my vehicle is super kind. Speed is the main thing that needs to be worked on in this location.

This sonic takes forever to get orders. Sat and waited for 20 minutes for a burger. I would understand if it was a long line, but I was one of 3 cars there in total for the drive through and car spots.

They answered the drive through immediately then told us to hold on. For 8 minutes before they answered again. Just for me to tell them it was an online order. After we pulled up they didn't have the order of 3 drinks made.
After we got the drinks they were all wrong. 2 were easy ice and 1 was extra ice but all of them had the same amount about 75%.
This isn't the first time this has happened either but multiple times. They are also using the cups to scoop ice out of the bins instead of of the designated ice scoop
As a former sonic manager it's just despicable that they do this to customers.

We visited this location on 12/1/2024 the google said they closed at 12am. We approached the drive through at 1038pm and the person who came on the speaker said, " so you know, we close in 10 minutes." After we began to place our order, the girl was very short and hostile towards us. After waiting over 10 minutes we get the number 9 with fries and a cola. The fries tasted old but the coney was quite tasty. Would recommend updating the Google information and also work on employee training. Overall disappointed with tonight's experience.

If I could rate it a 0 star I would. Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes just to have to yell and ask if they were going to take my order. They were fairly nice about it HOWEVER it took 45 minutes to get two drinks and a large order of fries. They need new people or new management one....
