I sit in the parking lot and ate long john silvers from next door and watched customers drive off because they wouldn't take orders wouldn't take min either came back several days later ordered it didn't show up on the screen lady came i asked her about paying for my order said she would take my card when she brought out food 30 min later she come out and asked what I had ordered I was on my lunch break didn't have time to reorder thanks for nothing want b back and will tell all the other people I know not to go there

absolutely longest wait i’ve ever had at this sonic. The general manager “LaTroia” was very hostile and yelled at me when i asked her why others were getting their food first when i was there before them. absolutely disgusting. This monster named Latroia is the reason the service is so terrible. clearly stated that she was the GM so she’s the one running this show

Unfortunately this is the only sonic I live by and this is by far the most ratchet sonic I’ve ever been to. And it’s not just one occasion it’s every single time I come here. I go to the drive thru get no answer for 10 plus minutes while the workers are running in and out the door to someone’s to car to sit and talk. I then pull up to a stall to pick up my TWO drinks for my mobile order and I see them inside acting a fool and getting an attitude all because I wanted my mobile order. Finally after 20 minutes I get my basic drinks. Very unprofessional every one has an attitude and don’t know how to answer the drive thru def just drive to Clinton hwy it’s not much better but atleast they take your order.

I go here a fair bit cus it’s on my way to work. Consistently slow even with no lines. Today I waited 10 minutes for a single drink I ordered on the mobile app ahead of time, and when I got there, there were no other people there. Food quality is also noticeably worse than other Sonics in the area.
Also, the workers at this location generally seem to not care that much. Today after waiting for 10 minutes for a single drink, the worker came outside on FaceTime with a friend, giving my drink while having a conversation.

We pulled up to the drive through waited 10 minutes and watched 2 cars leave the lounge after waiting longer to get their order taken. Finally someone takes it order and we wait 15 minutes to receive the messed up order to have them take it back to fix and for us to pull up and wait another 10 minutes and after being her for 30 minutes and no food we are asking for a refund. We were never given a receipt to return it with. But never come here it's ran by nobody that cares about customer service or food service.

I'm done with this place. Came here 3 times over the past month. Thinking maybe they got better. 1st time the grills was down and my hotdogs tasted like they was fried. Tossed them. 2nd time I waited 48 minutes for a drink. Ended up hitting drive thru instead. 3rd time I'm here, and ordered a combo. Been here 15 minutes currently. 2 cars in the lot including mine. Haven't seen a single worker or runner.
Wont be back.

TL;DR: Avoid this location, especially for late-night delivery. Poor customer service and order accuracy issues.
I ordered from Sonic on 2/12/25 around 10 PM for delivery, and my experience was awful. My fries were half-filled, my double burger (which I paid extra for) was made as a single, my small hot dog was missing, and instead of getting a footlong with onions, we received a tray of tots covered in onions.
We contacted the delivery service for a replacement, even though we ordered delivery to avoid driving in the first place. When we arrived, a kind employee was willing to help, but while we waited, we could hear someone inside yelling at her—it was the night shift manager. She then came outside and started yelling at us, insisting the order wasn’t wrong and to check the receipt (which had never been attached to our order).
We had the receipt in our delivery app, but before we could show her, she walked away. The employee took it inside, and when she told the manager we had proof, the manager began screaming and cursing. She then refused to remake our order and called her supervisor. When I asked for the corporate number, it only made her angrier, and I was told to "just Google it."
So here I am, leaving this review after filing a complaint with corporate. This location has unacceptable customer service, and I won’t be returning.

The last few times we come we ask for foot long chili coney hot dog with extra chili there not giving us extra chili Last night I came at closing they fixed right but give us hard hot dog We told them my husband has throat cancer he needs it soft for him to eat This is best sonic than Kingston Pike I hate to stop coming there if they get things right
