So... There aren't any Sonic restaurants in the area that have great anything. Unfortunately, they are understaffed and doing the best they can with what they have. We went to this location last night and waited a good 30 lish minutes in drive thru for 3 blasts. In the time we sat there we watched several people come through in various stages of psychosis, obviously seeing or hearing things that weren't there - screaming and yelling at air... Once we got home we found that the blasts had nearly no toppings in them. Just disappointing.

Of course we tried Sonic again for lunch yesterday and it was same crap different year !!!! Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no response thought ok maybe it's messed up went around parked in a stall,pushed the button and was told would be another wait š sat there 10 minutes and after no response went to Burger King who always gets it right with no wait !!! Do better Sonic y'all suck and have crappy employees!!!!!

Waited 20 freaking minutes on a medium milk shake that was not well stirred and a large cherry limeade and it had a whole freaking lime in the cup and 5 cherries tasted like it was carbonated really bad service sucked only 2 people was on shift and they where so slow never go here at 8 pm at night this place needs a big turn around somewhere and get people in there that can do the job

Ordered two burgers for lunch last week. One of them had two decently long hairs in it. We tossed them and got food from a different place. I sent a complaint on the website and they said they'd get back to me. It's been about a week and I haven't heard back. I am done with Sonic. Absolutely disgusting. I don't expect much for fast food, but being hair free is a pretty low bar.

On three different occasions Iāve been to this location, all three after 10pm (never less than 30 min til closing - they are open until midnight). Each time theyāve said that the ice cream machine is ābrokenā. My impression is that they donāt want to be bothered to clean it later in the evening so they just stop serving it. Not sure why they donāt just advertise that itās not available after a certain time as opposed to turning anyone away after they decide itās not convenient to deal with. Itās worth the 5 extra minutes to drive to the fountain city location. Donāt waste your time at this one.

I stopped by to get a shake and waited over 15 min..carhop came out but to go talk to a friend .....only 3-4 cars in lot . No idea why I had to wait but I left without ice cream ?

I drove to Sonic thinking that I was going to enjoy a peaceful meal like I normally do at the Sonic down in fountain City. I mean they're only a few miles apart, can't be that different, right? Well, I was wrong. They are the rudest people I ever seen working for an establishment serving customers. One lady was on the box saying that she could not hear my order. I practically screamed it before another lady asked me to repeat my order once again and then came to my car with another lady in tow. Here she is, frowning at me as she 'hips out her pad and asked me."What you want " I placed my order and before asking how I was paying flipped her hair and shuffled off with rage flowing through her steps. 10 minutes later-Both ladies returned with my food. I handed her my Bank Card. Again the scowl came But this time along come words. You should have just went somewhere else instead of having me to all this, she said. I apologized to her, but for what? Being hungry? She returned with my card, I offered no tipnas she slung it onto my chest while I sat in May car debating if I should say that I was missing the items from my order. I decided to say thank you and pull away before these two ladies (young ladies) decided to key my paint or flatten a tire. I went on down to the other Sonic in Fountain City and bought the items that was missing from my order. It was well worth the double pay and the trip to see the smiles and service that one should receive when dining at an establishment serving customers and hoping for tips. I'll never venture to the Sonic up that way again.

The employees here are rude as hell. I went to pick up an Uber eats and they started yelling at me because I pulled up to the window asking me what am I picking up. Then they slammed the drink into my hand. Then I was sitting there for a few seconds so I could put my customers address in and then the manager opened the window with an attitude asking me what else Iām waiting on . Very unprofessional.
