This place is an absolute disaster. This is the third time I've visted and nothing has been what I ordered and paid for. Cold food, wrong items, and terrible service. A few weeks ago we got a burger that wasnt cooked and tonight I ordered two drinks on the app and it took almost 30 minutes and both of them were wrong. I give up and I won't be back.

Ask for food to be made fresh. They replied it was cook to order. I ordered chicken sandwich and got a dryed up burger instead. My girl got slider and it tasted like the grease it was cooked in was old and burnt! Nasty and wrong sums it up!

Good location for a quick stop after school. During happy hour (or on the app) you can get half priced drinks. They have a snack menu that let's each kid pick out a treat without breaking the bank. The servers are always nice and provide good customer service.

I have to admit, for me, Sonic has been a bit of a hit or miss for me just depending on location. That being said, this particular location has always been great to order from. I am usually hesitant to order BLTs (anywhere), because I am usually disappointed to find 2 or 3 strips of bacon on my sandwich. Let me just say- This was not the case today!! Thank you, Sonic!

I edited my previous 5 star review from 2 years ago due to how disgusted I am. I have lived basically right next door to this location for 4- 5 years ... This location made me fall in love with Sonic to the point the drive- thru people knew me well. I didn't even care that it was the most expensive place to eat fast food in the hood ... But the past year has been atrocious! Every time I eat here I get wildly ill. I'm not even gonna comment on wait time because that's nothing new. I wanted to eat something light so I ordered some chicken slingers and some onion rings. The oil that the food was cooked in was putrid. I could taste literal dirt and sweat I swear. I ordered TWO slingers and couldn't even finish one. And for the price ? You guys can afford oil. I had to make a promise to myself that this is the last time I ever eat Sonic. I felt like I was poisoning myself. It was undescribably disgusting. And you either got no condiments or it's coated in mayo there's no in between . If you care about yourself I don't recommend eating here. I can't recommend a single item to purchase.

After waiting in line for 23 minutes for an 8 piece cheesesticks and a large Strawberry lemonade that cost me 10.00 and some change.... I asked specifically for 3 marinara sauces and napkins... of course I asked at the screen and to the guy that handed it out if he placed my 3 marinara sauces and napkins... he ensured me they were... of course when I get home to eat them with my daughter... there was no marinara sauce and no napkins....... therefore it was a waste of money bc I was not driving back (I'm going to assume my cheesesticks ) were already cold and old when they handed them to me... as they were cold cold... not lukewarm not even a hint of heat and I only live (6 minutes down the road) and we won't eat them without marinara.... let's just say lesson learned.... I won't go back there...No matter if they have 1 car in the drive thru or 5 cars.... you're guaranteed 1. Your food is old and cold 2. It's messed up 3. Any condiments will not be given and 4 you'll be there 20+ minutes waiting

Today my husband ordered chili cheese coneys and when I bit into mine I bit into a black cut zip tie hidden in my food. Nasty. Will never eat at this location again. Made me sick to my stomach. Check your food before you eat it.

My Girlfriend and I had sort of a Date night at the Sonic Drive-In on Broadway, we both got Slushies along with a Corndog we shared and Mozzarella Sticks and Onion Rings. The Broadway location does not have as many ordering Bays as other locations around TN. But they do have a drive thru to compensate for fewer bays. Sometimes they are under-staffed as well. Btw, I think this Sonic is Hiring, but I could be wrong.
