If I could give less than 1 star I definitely would!! I quit going here for years bc it sucked. It says “under new management” so I thought I would try again. It’s just as bad or worse! I ordered on the app and still sat there for 20+ minutes waiting on a small simple order. I ended up calling the store and she finally came out with a greasy sloppy bag, stuffed it in the window and walked off. Absolute last time they will ever get another dime from me!

They're supposed to be open for another hour. There are people working inside and the lights are on. I pull up to the drive-thru and they see me and they won't take my order. Nobody is in line. As I drive off. I look inside and see multiple people laughing.

And if you're not actually supposed to be open for another hour, update your freaking hours on Google

Corporate really needs to start caring and step in with these franchises. The unsanitary conditions and horrible service at this establishment are major issues. I really don't understand how this restaurant stays in business. The lack of customers speaks volume. Stay away from this place!

The fries and tots are usually inedible from being hard as a rock, so I got mozzarella sticks as my side. All 6 sticks somehow ended up with absolutely no cheese in them. Just empty breading sticks.

Waited over 30 minutes for fast food. Just insane. The milkshake we ordered was totally melted when we got it. Only ordered a kids meal and a milkshake. Management needs to get their act together

Took longer than expected for 2 drinks and hot dog. The lady was super nice and we love her and her babies but really needs cleaned up. I'm not from here and the sonic home is always amazing. This wasn't bad but when you see roaches everywhere on the ground in the lot it makes me wonder where else they might be.

The food was good. It's a drive up eat in your vehicle type place. Didn't take long to be served. Great milkshakes

I work around the corner, and I stop here for Breakfast sometime. I to be at work 7:30, this place cannot keep anyone on the morning shift. They never open. I see people walking around in there, but they never want to serve you.

they failed to provide my uber eats delivery driver my drinks and also made him wait about 15 mins at the drive thru. terrible.

Terrible service and even worse drink. Paid over $5 (w/ tip) for one "witches brew" float. After placing a mobile order, checking in, and waiting in the pick-up stall for over 15 minutes, I finally gave up and drove to the drive-thru window. They had my order the entire time. They let it sit on the counter and melt with no intention of bringing it to my car. Then they served me this unappealing drink with no apology. Absolutely sad.

Sonic has turned into the most miserable fast food money can buy. Every time I go to any sonic. I either wait for an hour or have a terrible food experience. This time I pulled up to the order board. Waited for 15 minutes, a lady came on the mic. Said “we are drive through only” and hung up my button. Use your brain and tell people these things when they click the button, not 15 minutes later. Never again.
