They took the screens out of half the stalls and of the ones remaining, half do not work so you have to go through the drive thru even if you order ahead. Won’t be back to this location.

Absolutely horrible service at this location. They're always too lazy to come outside, I work at a nearby building, I'm not driving my car through the drive though just because yall are lazy. The food is never hot either. DONT EAT HERE!!

We waited in our parking spot with the button pushed and flashing for 5 or more minutes with no response. There were only a couple other cars there. We finally pushed the button again, and they told us that it was drive-thru only. The drive-thru window was on the other side of the building. Otherwise, I think we would have figured it out sooner. Chili cheese footlong hot dogs are the ?.!

Garlic butter bacon cheeseburger is PHENOMENAL!! Soft chewy bread, melt-in-your-mouth burgers, garlic butter drippings...THE BEST burger ever created. Don't even get me started about the pretzel twists... ?

The wait was ridiculous, I was given incorrect information about promotional items. They did not fill our drinks up, and tried to not give us glasses, kept shutting the window on me to not let me say anything, and I ended up not even get to get napkins bc the just wanted to shut the door in customs faces and ignore them while they're there.

They ignore customers. I used to eat here regularly, but now that button just blinks and blinks, and after about 10 minutes I have to go next door to Buddies BBQ. They are always friendly and attentive at Buddies. The Nixon's deli next door won't ignore you either. They actually serve food there. This sonic should just shut down.

People yelling right outside threatening to call the cops. They got our order wrong and took forever to order and get our food. When they said they'd go back inside to fix the order we were waiting outside for almost 30 minutes just waiting for them to bring 2 shakes out. We almost drove away multiple times during the experience just for "fast food" skip the coney craving and value your time.

Use to love Sonic’s now my experience is waiting forever for our order!! Then take my cash and go right over and start touching food orders so if I could leave a ZERO I would! Then food cold after spending 37$ and we get cold food!!

It was morning so I purchased a number 17 which is a breakfast burrito meal. The burrito was delicious, the tops for very dry in the potato inside of them were almost cooked out, my strawberry lemonade without water taste like wine it was sour then I poured it out and asked for just regular lemonade when I got it it was sour tasting two and had bubbles in it too it tastes like wine. I called the store to let the manager know what was going on with the problems she was very nice about everything but I really just don't want to go back. The gentleman who delivered the food to the patio was really nice although there seems to be a couple of hygienic problems with him.

OK, so after pulling into a stall and pushing the button, someone muttered something and then the light went out. I pushed the button again and it went solid then turned off. I pushed it a third time and was answered and asked for my order. After a train blowing its horn and almost deafening traffic the order definitely wasn't what I ordered, but they shut off the mic and asked me for payment. I got the button again for help and after three minutes of nothing left the stall and got in the drive through, only because I promised my son he could have the Grape Nerds slush.
