Every time I have went to go get Sonic there is always an excuse. The grill isn’t hot enough, system is updated, closed but really open, the list goes on. This place is horrible and needs new management or something. I’ve received 1 meal from there and it took them 40 mins to make it with only me in the drive way. Will never try again to eat there.

They were super fast got my order out in less than 5 1/2 minutes after I ordered! Almost like winning the lottery , because its not often food comes out that quick, and it was all right! A small picture of my baby's slush and crinkle fry.

Went to this Sonic 2 hours before close. Was told they can’t to blasts, but can do shakes. Got a medium and small shake, large mozzarella stick and large jalapeño peppers. The shakes are literally just cups full of whip cream and a couple of toppings to make it seem like they actually did their job correctly that they are getting paid for. No joke NO ice cream in these. Sonic used to be a place to go when you want a late night snack, but it’s not worth it anymore. Not like this review or any of the negative reviews help at all because you just get a generic response to call their corporate line instead of addressing the issue and training the employees better.

I would have to say this was the worse Sonic I had been too . I ordered a foot long all American hot dog, corn dog 2 cheddar peppers and route 44 Dr Pepper. I knocked on the door to get condiments and napkins that they left out and got yelled at by the manager for knocking on the door. There was a grey hair in the on the hot dog. There was a teenage boy who was very polite and apologized for his manger’s behavior

Several ppl in drive thru I placed mobile orders thinking it would be faster and the cost was less however it took over 30mins to get it and my orders said ready by 8:40pm and 8:35pm horrible customer service and wait way to long and when I pushed button they said we can not take anymore orders and I informed her I already had placed she said we are getting to it someone had already got upset with them about a order issue. It’s so bad Sonics are horrible they need to close all over it’s insane.
