Food took 30 minutes at Sonic to get to me. And I had ordered ahead to pick up at the booth and still had to wait 30 minutes And then the hamburger was so greasy I was sick the next day.

Yall suck at yall job ain’t no way I got here at 530 it’s 545 and only 1 car in front of me all we ordered was drinks I used to work at sonic and I never had anyone waiting like this keep the line moving somebody @ the manager I wanna scrap

Consistently gets orders wrong and you have to wait for an hour for mediocre service and again the wrong order . If you want it corrected you have to wait another good 45 minutes to get it fixed .

Waited 20 minutes and I was just picking up an order that was ready. After I waited 20 minutes I had to go to the drive through (against previous instructions) and wait another 20 minutes in the line. Hangry.

Go somewhere else. They'll literally sit outside at the table and chill while you wait twenty minutes to get your order. And no, they weren't busy. When we pulled in we were the only car there. Could have went through the Wendy's next door 5 times.

Welcome to the Sonic where expectations go to die. If you enjoy wrong orders, cold food, and Olympic-level wait times, this is your paradise.

The drive-thru? It’s basically a parking lot with a speaker. Want to skip the line and mobile order? Perfect—you’ll get the same wrong order, just colder, and with bonus confusion.

Feel like pulling into a stall like it’s 2005? Cute idea. They’ll kindly inform you that they “don’t take orders there,” because apparently the buttons are just for decoration.

Need a restroom? Hope you’re up to date on your vaccines. I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms off the interstate.

Honestly, I’m not sure if this place is a Sonic or an undercover prank show. Either way, corporate should really just put this location out of its misery.

Placed mobile order..after 20 minutes waiting 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, we were told the car hop was really trying to get out there but that we would have to go to the drive thru. Food was cold when we finally got it
