I ordered a Sonic Smash combo that was for $9.69. The man couldn't hear anything through the stall speaker, so they sent a server out to get my order. Roughly half an hour later she comes back with my order, and it's lukewarm. I notice that my receipt is almost $14. They charged me ten-and-a-half dollars for the combo, added the drink on as extra, and then added tax on top of all of that, all under the "combo". It plainly stated that I only purchased one item; the drink was not separate. That's not how combos are supposed to work!
The food was wonderful, but they scammed me for $5. Unforgivable!

Easily the worst fast food restaurant that exists. Ordering ahead doesn't help, always a 20 minute wait minimum for food. I only gave it as many chances as I have because my daughter loves Sonic, but you should stay far away.

A doordasher stole our order so we called the store to ask them to make it again. They said we'd have to replace the order and pay for it AGAIN. They stopped taking doordash orders 30 minutes prior, so we just never got our food. Do better, guys

Took 20 mins to get 2 drinks. Not even special to beat it all after setting for 20 mins waiting for 2 drinks I was brought a water when I payed for a Dr. Pepper!!! Was running late after waiting that long so I didn't have time to wait for anyone to come back to my car!!! Not happy with this service. Why did it take 20 mins to make a water?!
