The attitude of the workers is terrible. They screw up an online order which is easily tracked thru the app and then blame the customer. This sonic has soured me on the whole company.

Waited for 30 minutes before I then called back into the store. Got told my order was on the way out to only wait for another 10 minutes to finally get my food. Never again will I come back to this Sonic. I have had faster, better service at sit down restaurants and have gotten in and out before my food even arrived.

How am I supposed to eat my mozzarella’s sticks when there is no cheese in them?? Yeah that’s right there was no cheese in my mozzarella bc the cheese exploded out of it. Also they don’t listen. We asked for smalls and mediums and the proceeded to put larges for everything. We are not coming back to this establishment until they get their life together

Placed a mobile order here, entered my stall # upon arrival, then waited 10+ mins. When I paged the carhop to check on my order, I was told there was an issue and my order was canceled and refunded. It was not, ultimately I had to file a dispute for not receiving the services/ items. This issue was not clearly communicated, nor was I told it was canceled until I inquired..

Lady working the drive through was a real delight …. I’m thinking she came from the DMV the way she communicated with customers. I don’t reccomend going unless you want your night ruined.
Waited 10 minutes for a rude employee to take our order in a way that made it feel like I was wasting their time. When we went to eat, the fries were old. Also forgot part of my order, even though they charged me for it.Sorry I inconvenienced you with my money. Won't make the same mistake again. What is unfortunate is that this was our first ever experience at a sonic. It will also be our last.

SONIC USE TO BE GREAT! BUT NOW EVERY SONIC IVE BEEN TO THE PAST YEAR THE FOOD IS NASTY. THE HAMBURG TASTE LIKE THEY ARE REHEATED, AND THE FOOD IS NEVER HOT. ONLY THING THAT IS OKAY IS THE DRINK.

On Friday nights, My Girlfriend and I go to the Sonic Drive-in on Schaad road normally. Sometimes they are really busy and sometimes they are not. My girlfriend normally gets either a Large Sweet Tea with Peach flavoring or a Large Grape Slushy, sometimes she even gets Mozzarella Sticks or a Corndog. I always get a Medium or a Large Strawberry Slushy with extra Strawberries, sometimes I get a Cheese Tots or Onion Rings or Ched r Peppers or a Corn Dog. And Sometimes I get Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger or Jr. Bacon, Egg & Cheese Burrito. It really depends on how late we get there, but always that Slushy goes home with me. Their restaurant appears clean. The Staff are friendly & helpful.Parking: Lots of Parking & a Drive Thru
