Regina George apparently was her name she was super rude! My order was ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT. When I drive home to find out I had to come back. When I did that she demanded that “she packed it so it was right”. It was missing a burger, the other burger was missing toppings it was supposed to have. She wanted me to take it back so now all my stuff was colden refused to fix it.

The wait times are ridiculous and I’m not just speaking of one occasion has happened multiple times now. I waited almost an hour one time just to be told that I wouldn’t be receiving my food that I had ordered and lost money through the app. I’ve also noticed at times the full menu isn’t available. I guess if I don’t like the service and nothing changes then I need to take my business elsewhere. Doesn’t seem to bother the management at this location.

DOORDASHERS BEWARE! ACTIVE SERVER VAPING! Last night I DoorDashed here for 4 drinks and a small bag of food. It took 20-30 minutes for the first order (a fountain drink and small bag of food and milkshake). Then an extra 40 minutes for a dirty Dr pepper (a Dr Pepper float) and another milkshake. Our first order was already melting from sitting because they didn’t give it to us when it was finished. By the time we got our 2nd order all the ice cream drinks were melted even the new ones meaning they have sat prepared and ready for over 30-40 minutes. The lady that was supposed to serving took time out her work instead of serving to vape and had one hand on her vape in her pocket most of the time. Worst experience ever.

Be prepared at random times to wait 40 minutes for 1 drink and if you push the button to check on it you will get a rude response. I feel like there is no proper management to sort these things out.
New update waited again 45 minutes for 1 shake and order of mozzarella sticks. I can see them all in there chit chatting playing around and not getting orders out. Understanding when they are busy for there are only 4 cars here. Just disappointing to say the least.

The GM Sarah is wonderful. After dealing with the sonic app customer service for several weeks about a refund we were finally able to get the problem resolved directly at the store. Sarah is a great store manager and went above and beyond to make this situation right. So because of the great customer service I got from Sarah I will be back to this location in the future.
