Second time we’ve been to this location and waited for 20+ minutes with no one available to take our order. I wish there were more competitors in the area.
I would highly recommend only going here for drinks. The chicken nuggets and fries I ordered were served to me cold. Not at a proper temp. Quality is key and taking care of your customers. Not getting them sick because of your lack of care.
We didn't get anything. Upon arriving we were told 10 minute wait. So we waited and told there was a 20 minute wait. Then the manager sent an employee coming off break to inform us it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. Employees out back smoking,GRUBB HUB getting orders. I ask to speak with the manager . She said she was too busy that's why she sent another person. A restaurant manager is never too bust for a customer. This place has REALLY WENT DOWN HILL. All we wanted was a sonic blast.

I went to order the old fashioned way because the app wasn't working and I get halfway through my order there's a two dollar difference so me and my fiancée try to figure it out and the work literary starts screaming at us so we finished the order backed out without paying for it and left just so they had to make and waste 50 dollars worth of food

I seen where Sonic has changed their fries, but have they changed their tater tots also? I've ate there twice in 2 weeks and both times the tater tots were hard, cold, and had grease taste to them. The first time I thought they just hadn't made any fresh ones, but the 2nd time was the same thing. They seemed old. They used to be so good.

One of the worst experiences you can have at a fast food, food is terrible and the manager, who I found was named Kenzie was too involved in drama over in another parking lot to take care of the customers at the location. Will not return.

This sonic takes the cake and is the worst in this area.
Made a mobile order, checked in on the screen and it showed my name on the screen briefly with a message that the order was on its way.
The name disappeared shortly thereafter. I spoke with the manager and she said they did not have any record of my order. I showed her the order on the phone, verified that it was for this location. Despite this and the evidence of what we ordered, she refused to honor it and said I'd need to get a refund through the app.
Had to wait several days for the refund. This sonic is a joke. The reviews confirm this location has gone rogue.

My family on a trip hungry stopped at this location for some food. The hours say they're open until midnight however after waiting (25+ minutes) for them to take my order they then come back on the speaker 15 minutes before closing time and said they aren't taking anymore orders. And this is after asking us to wait for a minute they're busy and will take my order in just a minute. So unprofessional!!! Sonic used to be my favorite fast food place but I will never visit this place again. Very disappointed and the supervisor should be fired. Who refuses orders after leaving us waiting over 25 minutes in the vehicle 🤦🏻😡🤬

I dread getting doordashes for here because every time I do I always end up waiting 15+ minutes just to get any help even if I’m the only car here.

I tried to get the app to work for 10 min before giving up and pulling into a spot with a menu to order. When I pressed the button to order a woman answered “do you have a pickup order?” I said no and she said something along the lines of “well I can’t take your order right now, we’re slam packed. You can wait 15 min and I can take your order but I can’t do it right now.” I worked in fast food for years so I get the stress of being short staffed and I felt bad for her, but at the same time she wasn’t kind or apologetic. There were also 9-10 cars in spots. I’m sure if she was the only one working that still would’ve been stressful but it’s not like I went at a time when the place was full. I’m sure it’s an upper management issue and hopefully they can staff the place better or train employees better?

Unbelievably slow to do literally anything. They do not deserve your business.
Some days I'm lucky to be acknowledged within 5 minutes of pulling up. But maybe that's unlucky because I'll be stuck waiting for the food to come out eventually.

I wish I could say this is simply the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Unfortunately it is the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. The food has never once been the correct order, the staff is rude and usually lazy or incompetent, and more times than not you will give up before your food or drink is ordered due to the “restaurant” being out of items at a near constant rate. Do not waste your time or money at this disaster

This is by far the worst sonic to visit. They rarely answer the red button when pushed so we just leave after sitting and waiting for so long. Now they’ve taken a full row of ordering spots out and half the stalls are now for online order only and half of the other stalls are always out of order. I do not see this sonic staying in business much longer. They are killing their own business
