Terrible Sonic’s, terrible service, just terrible. Took 20 minutes to get a slush and a mini blast and when they brought it out it was two sodas. They tried to tell me I placed my order wrong, but I showed them my order on my phone. It then took them an additional 20 minutes to bring out the correct thing which had included the blast but brought out a soda instead of a slush. They fixed that faster but ridiculous to wait 40 minutes for two drinks. Do not go there unless you have time to kill.

They forgot one item. And when I requested it and some sauces they assured me it was all there aaaand it wasn't I had to request the sauces multiple times. The burgers where dry and not hot.

For a drive through you would think they would be fast....but no....even with no line they are so slow that after waiting for 15 minutes....I don't have my order....4 other cars have cone and gone. Do not recommend.

I would not recommend going here. It is extremely slow service. I waited in the drivethru for 10+ minutes for a frozen drink with 1 car in front of me. The car in front was probably waiting longer than that. Instead of having them pull up they just made everyone behind wait. When I got to the window it took a couple minutes to pay and then a bit to get the drink. By that point it should have been ready and a quick transaction. The employees here have low motivation to get things moving.

Worst customer service and food ever my milkshake look like they poured milk in the cup french fries were cold and halfway Frozen when I called the store the manager wouldn't even talk to me hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back

I hate that when you order from here they NEVER put the sauces in the bag. We went out of our way to add extra Marinara for the cheese sticks because its never in the bag. Even when we go to the restaurant they dont add it and we have to go back and ask. Can we please for the love of God add the freaking sauces.
Great if you want rubbery ,undercooked mozzarella sticks and the worst meal you have ever had in your life. 0/10
