Southbound bar and Nightclub

This place is so disappointing. Security guards are complete trash, they treated us like if weren’t even from the US (I’m a Hispanic male) and within 15 min of being here, my friends and I watched them CARRY out a man for accidentally fall over while dancing (he is gay.). Was looking for a good time as a tourist but was found with immediate disappointment. Your “security guards” are unprofessional. Edit : oh and the the bald bouncer did not wash his hands after using the restroom

Everything great except shit security guards made me throw away my pen I bought legally in Tennessee I asked if I brought it back to the car would that be okay said he can check me said that I wouldn’t be allowed back in but I’ve deadass seen ppl smoke a blunt on the dance floor guess o lt certain ppl have privileges

This nightclub was recommended by Grok, only to see many negative reviews. Sad. /shrugs. LOL! Pft.

Should be 0 stars. The bouncers would be better at getting in fights than any drunk guy I’ve ever seen if the cops weren’t holding their pockets every night. Jokes. Waste of a night, waste of money, waste of space. Put something new there.

Homophobic, and I didn’t even do anything… I hugged my friend, got grabbed by the collar and thrown out.. a few weeks later my friends got thrown out for carrying a delta8 pen in the purse, bc we didn’t wanna throw it away we were told to never come back ? why would anyone ever wanna go here ?

This is possibly the most backwards ran establishment within 100 miles, I work at a bar myself as a bouncer, the bouncers here have big mouths when 5 others are standing behind them, they will disrespect you and talk down to you for no reason. They will let you get “to drunk” then put you on the street to get arrested instead of offering water or something and some time to sober up. Completely ridiculous. I suggest Hanna’s place next door. Way better.

Wouldn’t let me and my fiancée in due to “athletic” shorts and sweatpants. But then watched him let in another person wearing similar clothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I was prepared to spend a substantial amount of money for a friends birthday.

The worst experience before getting through the door. These men outside the "sports bar" was searching my husband ( pat down) and my friends purse like we were at TSA. They then told us that we weren't allowed to bring in cigars in the bar: the package was UNopened. Then we were told we would have to dispose the cigars in front of them to enter the bar. The 3 slim jims with mustaches looked at us like we competed a crime. We are the ages of 36-30. 3/4ths of our party are veterans. What disgusting actions to invade our privacy and belongs as such a poor act. Southbound will be heading south soon with the way they host they're guests. Never again. Don't waste your time!

Completely understand asking for my ID, but then asking for a debit card, so I say hey I think I forgot it in then the car but then remember it’s in my pocket and hand it to him and he says “wow that’s mighty convenient”. WHAT, I gave you what you asked for!!!!

Similar to other reviews, I also encountered a racist bouncer. I will not return and would encourage other folks to not visit this establishment which clearly has biases.

Well out friends came in tonight and got denied at the door, because he couldn't hear what dude was saying he is hearing impaired and your bar needs to be shut down for people who can't really hear! You got two mister clean looking guys out there being disrespectful. Show some common curiosity.
