My burger was fine but my boyfriends steak came out too done and it took about 10 to 15 minutes before the new plate came out. The manager brought the new steak out and took $10 off. It wasn't terrible but it's not a place we're going on date night again any time soon.“

If you don’t go often, you do get looked at by the patron’s and workers with a why did you just come into my home glance, but after the awkward millisecond you feel comfortable. It is a smoking bar, so for those that don’t smoke, prepare yourself. Don’t ask for a non smoking section. If this is a problem for you, go home, us smokers want to keep at least one bar not banning it“

“I’ve been coming here for a while now. If you actually talk to the bartenders like they are HUMAN BEINGS (side note we all are 🤪) and don’t try to cause issues because you think that chicken is croutons… then you’re sittin pretty. This is a smokers bar so come one come all. Last call for kitchen food is 11:45 and last call for drinks is 2:30 am. As a night shifter I LOVE THIS. I can’t express what this place has meant to me throughout the last 3 years and I couldn’t be happier to drive 30 minutes here to have people who are genuine around me. P.S. there was no pork in that salad and those “croutons” was actually chicken surprise they gave you what you asked for. Don’t ask for discounts you don’t deserve.“

“My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

“Urban is my favorite bar in Knoxville!!! Food is actually so good and great prices. One of the better places to eat in Knoxville period, not even by bar food standards. Lots of specials on weekday and happy hours. Great place for cheap beers and hanging with friends. I love using the photo booth and have a lot of great memories with friends here!!! Only warning is that it is smoker friendly, so if you are sensitive to smoke, stay out on the patio!“

“Our server, Isaac, was amazing and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. He was incredibly proactive, he let us know an order came out wrong before even bringing it to the table and assured us he was already fixing it. That level of attention really stood out.

He was also very accommodating, which made a big difference dining with a rambunctious three-year-old. Despite us ordering a lot of mixed drinks for the table, everything came out quickly and smoothly. we never felt like we were waiting.

At one point, we thought we had lost our card, and Isaac went out of his way to help my husband look for it. We ended up finding it in our car, but his willingness to help made a stressful moment much easier.

There were several moments where our experience could have gone wrong, but thanks to Isaac’s attentiveness and proactive approach, everything went seamlessly. We really appreciated it and will definitely be back!“

“Came here last night on a WEDNESDAY. It was full of really young girls. I'm talking 18-22 at the oldest.

Not one of them was fat so there was no fridge to protect the snacks. I don't know if they have a policy but it seemed like they didn't let in less than a seven out of ten and no A cups.

Never the less we are hardcore so we managed to have a good night.

Please attend on a WEDNESDAY night with caution. And DO NOT video call you wife whilst here or even near.
