The employees are very polite, kind and so gracious. They are in a tough location, downtown and very busy and lots of 'to go' orders to fill, and although they look very busy and sometimes very tired, they are consistently customer focused and fill orders quickly and effectively. I really enjoy this location for their service. Thank you all so much for your good and hard work, and for the care you give to us all.

Hilton Knoxville hotel Starbucks - we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee upon checking into the Hilton. Unfortunately, the two disinterested employees were already attempting to close 40 minutes early. They got our order completely wrong and charged us twice for an item. They were both rude and disrespectful. It's unfortunate such a nice hotel has Starbucks employees who have zero desire to work. It affects the hotel experience.

If you're looking for a nice coffee spot, AVOID this place at all costs. The Mrs. and I waited 15 minutes for the employees to even acknowledge us before we spoke up and asked for service (We didn't want to be pushy, as we know they're busy and have a job to do.. but when they started giggling and cutting up while we were waiting to order.. it became unacceptable). The drinks we ordered weren't even the right size as they were about to close and were too lazy and thought their jokes were more important than customer service. However, if you like waiting, being ignored, and served wrong, this is your place!
