This is our Go To place when we are in Knoxville until heading south for the winter. We feel close to the manager and staff who know us and our daily order. We enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of customers coming off of I-75. No matter how hectic, the staff keeps smiling and making orders. See you next spring!

I used to go here daily, service is usually good. However, 3 months or so ago they started using counterfeit white mocha syrup. It has a very unnatural sweet taste every time. It is not the baristas, because its the same baristas that made the drink back when it actually tasted like a real white mocha from Starbucks.

Rude employees, drinks were made for customers in reverse order of when the orders were placed, both employees left the store to go to the bathroom with a full line of people… I haven’t seen 2 people outwardly hate their job more. It’s always this way at this location, and I know better than to order from here. It was just convenient at the time, but I won’t be coming back here again.
