Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a coffee place. The young gen z employees that run this mall Starbucks are the most entitled, bad-mannered, and lazy individuals. I payed for a HOT coffee and I received a cold coffee. I asked them to make it hot and immediately they started to complain and cry about how their day is so difficult. Get better employees who actually care about the customers and who actually SMILE. These employees you have working here look like they hate their lives.

I am extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a drink called the Summer Sky Drink, but when it was made, the barista only gave me half a cup. I asked her to confirm if the drink was completed, and she replied that it was because I chose no ice, so that’s all I get. This is unacceptable. I paid for a full drink and should receive a full drink, regardless of whether I choose to have ice or not. Additionally, I noticed from other reviews that this same issue has happened to people who ordered lattes as well. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Even though this Starbucks was in mall, the service was good, I purchased a slice of loaf and of course that was good too. I went on a Monday around 1 o’clock unfortunately the mall was not too busy which made it. Nice to stroll around with my grandson and granddaughter..

We went through the drive thru and ordered our drinks. I order the same drink every time. I asked for light ice and was told they do not give that light do to the drink I preferred. I ALWAYS get the light ice then she proceeded to say well that depends on the person making it and tried to give me this outrageous explanation on how they need that ice so it doesn’t explode (? ) and I said please make me another one as I always get the same drink and should not matter who makes it. She (Meg) turned around and proceeded to talk to the person who made it and said I wanted it lighter ice and was very rude about how she was saying it to her and the eyes were rolling for both people. Very rude. then to top that off, she turned to give it to me and before she would hand it to me told me tried to tell me what I should be ordering instead and how I should have it made. Her name was Meg very rude individual and should be fired.

This locations seldom opens at 9 am, which is their listed opening time. This morning counter tops were not clear and there were empty cups from previous customers left on the counter. We are at the mall at least 3-5 times a week to walk, and it is always this way.
