Stopped for a quick night cap. While there one young lady kept kneeling down to vape. Didn't think you can do that inside. Definitely not in front of customers. During one of here kneeling stages, she picked up one of the rubber mats off the floor to move it. She never washed her hands and got right back to making drinks.

It's Starbucks guys. Call local coffee shop if you want a real experience. I would list a couple of Knoxville coffee shops that I personally enjoy. But that wouldn't be fair to Starbucks review. So search coffee shops near you or Knoxville coffee shops.

I've been here twice and every time I ask and pay for a venti they will give me a grande. It also takes forever.
I don’t often go to a Starbucks. Simply bc coffee shouldn’t be 7$.. but it’s really disappointing when you do go and pay 7$ for a drink that tastes like watered down water.... if you don’t care about your work let someone else make the orders! This one is the only one I’ve ever been to we’re nothing tastes as it should or is even somewhat SOMEWHAT GOOD AT ALL!!
