Nice to be able to have a Starbucks Coffee while you shop. It's a small one but the coffee is just as good as a bigger Starbucks.

The lady that made my drink ( iced Chai latte ) put no Chai in it, and made it mostly milk. I was very disappointed that I payed $5.25 for this milk in a cup.

I just stopped into the Kroger to do some shopping and decided I wanted a Carmel Macchiato, so I ordered it about fifteen minutes ago and when I got it the drink didn't taste right. I attempted to ask if they'd made it correctly but the guy behind the counter stared at me blankly. So I just left. The best way to describe this drink would be, it tasted like I got hot water with a little milk. It's meant to be steamed milk with espresso, vanilla syrup and a Carmel drizzle. (I add a pump of Carmel syrup for extra flavor) so I'm wondering how it would taste like water, so I got home and poured it into a different glass and the picture is how it looked. I tried to add some instant coffee I had at home along with some carmel but it still didn't taste good. I don't know what they did, but this isn't a coffee. I'm annoyed because we don't all have the income to afford getting a coffee all the time so for me to get this is very disappointing.
Lady working the counter was a bit off. Most of the drinks were wrong. I didnt realize this until I handed the order to my wife and family. I was just reading off the list that was given to me. Im not local to the area, but if I were I'd drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

It's a shame that you pay 5-6 bucks for a coffee. Then when you get it, it's about half full at best! Also not friendly at all. If you don't like people don't work in customer service!!!

For a Starbucks its great. The barista was friendly quick and made my drink perfect. And made my husbands cappuccino perfect. 95% of the starbucks give him a cup of nothing but foam. But this barista did it right. A little layer of foam then liquid. Perfect.
