Never a line here! The baristas are so nice, and make really good drinks to provide me grocery-shopping fuel. Plus, I can get Kroger points when I get my coffee here. Mamas, you are foraging for your family! Go ahead and treat yourself ♡♡
The manager at this location is great! She is so sweet and nice! She also seems to run her staff great as well!! Kalie made me the MOST AMAZING Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe this morning while also managing to create and keep great customer service.. which everyone can't do! I LOVE this location! Keep up the good work!
The staff there is terrific - very personable and reasonably quick. My complaints have to do with operation of the store which seems very chaotic. Quite often this location has remote ordering turned off which is a huge hassle considering how busy their drive through usually is. I see this from time to time at other Starbucks but it is a regular occurrence at this location. I am also not sure why indoor seating is still not allowed which seems inexplainable now that the pandemic...
